But to make matters worse, I was cooking breakfast for my family out on the grill and rather than coming back to mow the area later (clearly seeing I was cooking) they mowed right through our campsite splattering grass all over our food cooking on the open grill and then all over our picnic table and supplies I was using to cook with. This was just downright disrespectful and inconsiderate!!!! We spent $600 to stay here for 2 nights just to have a little family time and this was the result of our first morning. Food gone to waste and family left hungry. We found alternative food in the fridge and sat down to eat it at the only other table at our cabin which was inside the screened in deck, then some one came with a weed wacker right up against the side of the porch so we couldn't even enjoy a quiet relaxing meal. I understand you guys have a job to do but come on a little respect and common sense goes a long way. When i call to talk to the company no one answers, i left a message and no one calls back. We honestly were disappointed in the quality of the work. The grout is not consistently spread (we will live with that), but the Schluter trim was crooked and the silicone used where the tile meets the countertop had to be re-done. We also asked them to do some additional cleanup work on removing excess grout from tile.

They did an awesome job taking care of repainting my kitchen and master bathroom, and were very detailed. In my kitchen, they repainted and stained my cabinets, installed my sink and kitchen faucet, backsplash and new countertops and re-doing my wood flooring when my cabinets were moved. My only complaint is that after all the work was done and I was ready to make payment, there were extra costs I was not aware of, like installing my new lighting, but I guess that was not included my original estimate. Other than that, very skilled workers and they are very quick and efficient. They finished my project in about 2 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the results of my remodel.
