I had been to two other shops here in Hagerstown and was quoted sky-high prices for the labor and the fabric. At one of this places they said you could provide your own fabric but would charge $15 per yard for handling. When I walked in to Westview I was greeted by Ralph, he was very honest and open with us. He allowed us to look at his work and his entire shop. He has been in the business for over 40 years and it definitely shows. He also has lots of fabrics to choose and price at $3 per yard! Finding this shop was a blessing, I ended up paying 1/3 of what the other shops quoted me. If you want honest, reliable, and quality work I wholeheartedly recommend their shop.

The fact that they run sales on items that are already discounted makes me come back and the quality of the good so you are inspected before being put on the floor so you don't have to wonder if it works or not. Well, I pick it up 2 weeks later only to find that the shrinkage issue was never fixed. I never received receipts from the business, was never asked if I would like a copy of mine, and this business' phones are not operating for customer/clientele's convenience.
