He went above and beyond what I expected, removing dead branches that were caught on other branches and trimming small branches that might come down in the next storm. I want to say how helpful I have found Paul the Arborist to be. He explains things in a common…read moresense way, offers guidance to address the problem and returns after a period of time to ensure improvement or possible reassessment if needed. He is very knowledgeable and with a reasonable approach to tackling challenges. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because when I was initialing reaching out for diagnosis of a poorly tree, I was told over several days-weeks that I would be contacted (the Arborist sets his own schedule), that there was a backlog. I accepted this, but later learned that the person was actually on scheduled time away. I just wish I would have been told this from the start as opposed to repeatedly saying he was backlogged.
