I knew she needed immediate attention. My normal vet had no appointments for the day. I seen this animal hospital accepted walk in visits. I called first and they said they would see her. They had me drop her off and she spent about 6 hours there. Jon Morrow called me twice about what we were going to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was a very hard situation and they helped me feel more at ease. The bill wasn't too bad either. Much less than taking her to the emergency vet in El Paso. Thank you!

Calista told me to come right away after explaining what the charge for an emergency visit would be. Didn't matter, I didn't want my kitty to suffer! They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

I appreciate how quickly they got me in and how considerate and compassionate they were on the phone when scheduling the appointment. Especially when I said I believed she had a UTI and was prone to struvite crystals. They were empathetic and had availability the next which was awesome. Another clinic which shall remain nameless didn't even give me the opportunity to explain why I was calling before saying they had no availability for two weeks! We definitely got the better of the deal here. Kind and reasonably priced. So, we were seen and treated kindly. No judgment. Especially with my furbaby being overweight. No "she needs to lose weight" and "this is why she is having this issue." Recommendations were made and a new one for Filaway which no one has ever made before. But I appreciate that there was no pushing or upsale or side eye. Just kindness and consideration. Medication prescribed and "if symptoms don't improve, come back," not "you MUST return for a follow up." My furbabies don't go to the vet often, so taking them in is traumatic for all of us and I'm sure they sensed that at this clinic and I'm sure they're used to it. I'm grateful for the experience and will come back...as needed :)

We ended up loosing our baby but they made us feel comfortable and gave us the space we needed. The staff took my kitty's issue seriously the moment we walked in and received the care needed. I loved all the little details that this place has to take care of their customers. There's a cute little coffee bar in the waiting room, in our room once our kitty passed they let us see him one last time and then told us to press the button on the wall that would notify them. I love that it gave my husband and I the privacy and space we needed. They also included paw prints of our baby which was a nice unexpected surprise.
