We picked up the laptop and brought it home. Several days later, we were contacted by the owner (Ilhan) who expressed concerns. My renters insurance required a full diagnostic report, so I called around to a few places and got the sense that it was going to be a hassle. Then I called Above & Beyond Computers and immediately had a completely different experience. Nate made it simple: "No problem, bring it in. We're very familiar with insurance diagnostics.
