He's the best Dentist I think I've ever been to!! I had a dental emergency this morning. At 6 in…read morethe morning I started having SEVERE tooth pain. I did the usual...Advil and Orajel and called around to find a dentist that could take me ASAP. But it being 6am, I could only leave voicemails for different dentists. When I called Dr. Cerveris' office I had to leave a VM. However, after I left a message I got a text message. I was shocked!!! I couldn't believe a real person listened to message before they had opened and responded back immediately. At first they didn't think they could fit me in, but she would have the doc listen to msg and then let me know. So I was a little disappointed, but was still very pleased that they even took the time to contact me. About 45mins later I got another text that said the doc could fit me in that morning!! Yay!! I went to my appointment and I was taken back to be seen right away. I did my initial evaluation with a tech then Dr. Cerveris came in about 2 minutes later. He checked out my tooth and immediately diagnosed my tooth pain. He said I needed to have the tooth pulled. I said great, let's do it. He immediately got his tools out and went to work. First thing was I needed numbed up (local anesthetic). He doesn't numb patients the usual way. He said he's got the latest technology in local anesthetic. He used a machine that pulsates the medicine into ur gums. I didn't have to be poked with a giant needle like Ive always had in the past. The way was a lot more effective and less painful. Also not as much anxiety from seeing a long needle going in my mouth. He completely numbed me up then 10 mins later he and his assistant got the tooth out. And that was that!! No more painful tooth!!! He was super nice, empathetic and understanding of my pain. He is warm and nice to talk to. His staff was also very nice and empathetic. I like that he's a small practice, it's more personable. I told him right then and there that I'd found my new dentist!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!

They were so patient and kind. It was clear they put thought in to the design and made sure things were catered to children - the TV mounted on the ceiling above the chair is really helpful for an anxious kiddo. Went to Dr. Weir for a routine cleaning. They wanted to do multiple X-rays including a panoramic…read morebefore they even looked in my mouth. No exam no clinical evaluation nothing. Just straight to imaging before a single instrument touched my teeth. I declined because there was no clinical reason to image me yet. They hadn't even examined me. The ADA's own guidelines updated January 2026 say X-rays should only be ordered after a clinical exam establishes a reason. You can't justify imaging a patient you haven't looked at yet. That's not dentistry that's a revenue protocol. When I declined they refused to proceed with the cleaning I came in for. They would not clean my teeth unless they got their X-ray money first. So a routine cleaning was held hostage behind unnecessary imaging I never consented to as part of that visit. They had already taken the panoramic before I had a chance to fully decline it then charged me for it anyway when I walked out. When I pushed back the dentist tried to justify it by saying "digital X-rays give off less radiation than the old ones." That's a true fact used to dodge the real question. Less radiation doesn't mean you need the image. The question was whether there was any clinical reason to X-ray me at all and the answer was no because they hadn't even looked in my mouth yet. Here's the part that should actually worry people. The panoramic X-ray machine is visible from the waiting room. No shielding. No lead walls. No separated room. There's also an X-ray machine mounted in every single exam room. No lead-lined doors. Nothing. Every person sitting in that waiting room including kids is potentially catching scatter radiation every time they image someone. Dental X-ray rooms are required by state radiation safety regulations to have structural shielding. This office doesn't appear to have any. This isn't healthcare it's a billing conveyor with a radiation safety problem on top. They image every patient who sits in the chair because the panoramic machine needs to keep paying for itself. A panoramic runs $100-$250 and costs them basically nothing to produce once the equipment is paid off. Nearly pure profit and they won't even clean your teeth unless you let them run it first. I have reported this office to the Maryland Department of the Environment Radiological Health Program for the unshielded radiation equipment. I will file a complaint with the Maryland Board of Dental Examiners for requiring imaging with no clinical exam and charging for an X-ray taken before informed consent. I will file a health billing complaint with the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection Division for the unauthorized charge. If you've been to this office and had a similar experience I'd encourage you to do the same.

Pre-COVID, at just over a year old, we brought my son to a (different) dentist who was very aggressive with my sons teeth. It was his first time at the dentist and they strapped him down to scrape some plaque off his teeth. He was being held down by a tech. Needless to say, both my husband and son were a bit traumatized. So I decided for his next experience we needed something very different. AND WOW. Dr Cole and her staff were simply incredible with him. From the moment they opened the door, my son knew nothing but kindness. They took it slow, showed him every piece of equipment, and let him touch it. While he was still quite nervous, there were no tears and no meltdowns. Every staff member knew the names of all his favorite tv characters and talked him through each thing, using the cartoons as gateways to trust and good ol fashion diversion. I will never take him anywhere else. What a treasure our community has in Dr. D'Audra Cole and her office!

Her decay happened so fast and it was very scary to watch. Angela Lutz and her team were able to quickly get us in and set her up for oral surgery. I was terrified. They helped us feel calm all along the way, and we're always available to answer questions and check in on us. After her surgery, my daughter recovered very quickly. Her teeth look great and no more discomfort! It feels like a weight has been lifted and I can't thank this team enough for their kindness and professionalism! It's been over 24 hours later and she has no pain. Highly recommend it here if you need a pediatric dentist for any work your child needs done. Great staff!
