The waiting room is full. They're embarrassing. The crap out of me telling me I have no insurance, which I did after sitting there for 20 minutes. Flustered don't even know what I filled out on the papers that they gave me because they kept calling me up to the desk how embarrassing to me you need to reschedule after you get your insurance straightened out come to find out they wrote down the wrong birthdate of my husband, which is why I was showing I had no insurance so I rescheduled where they gave me like six different times that they kept changing. Finally, they settled for two said I needed two appointments. I said you know you had me so confused that I hope you have me on the list the day before my appointment no problems. I have it in your notes. We will be calling you before your appointment for a reminder that never happened and that day it snowed so I shoveled snow all morning to come into the house to find out that they were open for three hours at my appointment happen to be in the middle of those three hours that I have now missed so I went to reschedule and was told by Tori that their policy is once you miss an appointment you're wasting the doctors time so we will no longer be able to see you how nice so I called to talk to Hannah took me six times. I had to pretend I was somebody else to get through to her because Tori and Hannah seem to be best friends and work well together as keeping track of phone calls so you can't get through the only thing they could tell me was you need to find another dentist that we will no longer see you okayed to waste my time but not OK to waste the doctors time OK to promise me I will get a call before my appointment as a reminder that never happened. Yes I'm highly upset. All I have learned from this dentistry. Is they like to teach people a lesson. And punish you to no end. They have no room for forgiveness, which makes me feel that they don't even really care.

At no point during either call was I informed that I would be charged a fee. When I later rescheduled, I was hit with a $70 "rescheduling fee" -- $35 for each cancellation. This was never mentioned when I called. Transparency matters, and this felt deceptive. To make matters worse, on the day of my most recent appointment, the office cancelled on me. Did I receive a credit? A refund? An apology paired with policy consistency? No. Apparently the fee policy only applies one way. Policies are understandable. Lack of transparency and double standards are not. After this appointment, I will be finding a new dental provider -- one that prioritizes patient communication, fairness, and mutual respect over rigid policies and revenue protection. For starters, they changed the insurance coverage they accepted twice in the 4 years I was a patient, so I had to change my coverage as well - that's twice in four years, so I wasn't staying with any insurer long enough to qualify for the full benefits. And I would only find out about these changes when I showed up for my appointment just to be told, "Oh, we don't take that insurance anymore." There were no treatment or billing coordinators, so if I wanted to discuss a treatment plan, it had to be with one of the dentists - and I had to wait 6 months for a consultation appointment. And if I had follow-up questions, I had to take them to the receptionists who were not qualified to answer those questions. So even though I like all the people in the office, I am now shopping around for a new dentist.

I was shopping around for a new dentist and made an appointment with this practice. They did a…read morecleaning and checkup, and I did see a dentist, but it wasn't Casey Williams - apparently he was on vacation and another dentist was filling in for him. Everything went well, so I made an appointment for my next 6-month cleaning/checkup. I did see Williams on the next appointment, and he told me I needed 3 crowns replaced and more than half a dozen fillings. Strange, since the previous dentist sent me off will a clean bill of health, and I have always had regular dental care. I made a follow-up appointment to discuss the proposed work in a little more detail, but Williams canceled that appointment at the last minute, so I took a copy of the evaluation Williams did to yet another dentist, who told me I did need to replace one crown, but said he couldn't confirm any of the other issues in Williams' evaluation. So I saw 4 separate dentists that year - my previous dentist, the dentist filling in for Williams while he was on vacation, Williams himself and the new dentist. And 3 of the 4 dentists did not believe I needed anywhere near the amount of Williams had proposed. And here's the cherry on the top: one of the fillings Williams had proposed was for a tooth I don't even have - I lost it many years ago.

Longer version: I called to see if the office could get me in earlier for my appointment for a crown, which I had made a month previous. They called me back to say that I needed to see an endodontist prior my appointment for the crown, which had already been scheduled. I called the endodontist and couldn't get an appointment until after the scheduled crown appointment. When I called the office back to explain this, they wanted to push out the crown appointment. I gave them feedback that it would have been helpful to be told about the need to see the endodontist prior to scheduling the crown appointment. The office manager dropped me as a patient, telling me that I wasn't happy with the practice and that I should find somewhere else. Clearly, they didn't care about an existing patient who was experiencing dental pain, who they had seen and established a treatment plan. Now, I have to start all over again with finding another dentist who will have to do their own evaluation prior to defining a treatment plan.

The reason for my initial visit was because a sensitive spot on one of my wisdom teeth - they needed to be removed. She was quick to have an oral surgeon refered to me and set up for the removal process. I had also gotten Periodontal gum disease due to not seeing a dentist and having plaque buildup below the gums. She had been able to set up a treatment plan that included deep root scaling to remove the plaque, teeth cleaning, periodontal disease treatment, stain removal, and finally resin fillings. The treatment plan has taken the entirety of 2025 to complete and I am on my way to the last appointment! The process was slowed on my end and visitations had to be spread out due to no dental insurance. I was able to work with them to open an account and take advantage of 6 month no interest promotional plans per visitation instead of paying a full lump sum out of pocket. Will recommend as she is a perfectionist and takes her time to ensure that the disease has recessed and no longer evident before doing the fillings. The resin is not noticeable as the color matching has a wide range to choose from. No pain - no stereotypical dentist inducing fear. It is an in an out experience for a perfect appointment. Don't wait too late even if you have no insurance to schedule with her as there is a reason why she has won awards in the area and has a solid backlog with quite the team to help her out with appointments.
