We changed the finish color, and asked the guys to help us figure out what color to use. They asked us a few questions, and then came back from the truck with 4 colors, and all 4 seemed perfect. They really simplified the decision making process for us, which we really appreciated. They accommodated our schedule, so we could be out of town while they worked. We didn't worry a bit about being away when they came. Came back to beautiful gleaming floors! They have many years of experience and retain their employees which is unique these days. They didn't price gouge like so many others. What's more, they use an oil which lasts much longer. I am very impressed with their ethics because they could have told me I needed to stain every year, stain the underside, put on more than one coat etc but they didn't! They are busy so you shouldn't be last minute... but worth the wait.
