Their wait time is ridiculous. When going in for a imaging appointment & meet with provider, I was there over 2 hours for 15-minute ultrasound & 15-minute meeting with provider the remainder hours and a half to two hours was spent waiting in the lobby, mind you that wasn't very busy at all. As for the care provided... Not particularly worth the wait especially when you constantly rotate through providers (office rule, not an option you have), you have no time to even build rapport... So in my opinion without building rapport, you have very minimal trust with whatever stranger you meet with at every appointment...

Scheduled an appointment for an replacement IUD and they told me they could do it for me and then called me back a week before telling me they can't. I was traveling my way up from out of town so I figured I could go to the place I always go. It's close to the end date of the IUD so I needed it switched so it didn't mess with my hormones but due to their mistake I'm stuck with waiting. They could of told me at the time of the appointment I made MONTHS ago for this. Who does that!! I've also had numerous terrible experiences with them so this was the icing on the cake. Find another place to go. Not worth it

As a patient of ~2 decades, it is disappointing to see how this is now run like a corporate office…read moreinstead of a medical practice. They no longer have sick visit slots. You get put in rotation with wellness visits. I called for a sick visit, and had to wait almost 2 months. At the visit they told me I needed a full exam, labs, an ultrasound, a mammogram, and a follow up appt. When I went to schedule all of those (except mammogram), I again had to wait more than 2 months. Taking almost half a year to diagnose a sick visit is wild. It took so long for the appointment, nearly all visible symptoms were gone. So, naturally, they were unable to diagnose the issue. I was told to just wait for it to reappear. Their pricing is so high, that even with insurance, my office visits cost shy of $400 each visit. I needed 3 different procedures from their office, and asked the doctor if there was any medical reason why I could not have them all done in the same day, and was told they could all be done in the same day. Got to the front desk, they told me it was not possible because 1 was preventive and the other 2 were diagnostic so they split them up into 3 separate appointments. So, I had to pay shy of $700 (for 2 office visits since only the preventive visit is fully covered) instead of paying for just one office visit. This is not only ridiculously expensive, but also extremely inconvenient for those that work the same hours the office is open. Then at my ultrasound appointment, my ultrasound tech, Georgette, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was extremely upset that I was asking questions about the ultrasound, i.e. is the ultrasound internal, external, or both, what determines if a biopsy is needed, what is the after care, etc. She got so upset that she pointed to the ultrasound machine and said, "I'm gonna take that wand, stick inside you and it's going to take pictures!" and then slammed my file on the counter, said that someone should have already answered my questions, refused to continue the conversation and left the room to go get my doctor. Once the doctor came into the room and we proceeded with the procedure, Georgette kept sticking the wand in places that were no where near where it was supposed to go. I got confused and asked the doctor to confirm it was internal not external and it was confirmed it was internal. So, I told Georgette she was not putting the wand in the right place and was causing pain to the other areas she was jabbing it. She again got upset and said, "do you wanna just put it in yourself?". So, I ended up having to insert the wand myself because my ultrasound tech, who gets paid to do this......couldn't find the vaginal opening. I've had drunk guys do a better job at finding it. She remained rude throughout the whole entire procedure and at the end just left without saying a word. Not here's the results, here's what I looked at, here's what I found or didn't find. Nothing. So, in summary, it took a total of 3 visits, almost 6 months and almost $1,000 (after paying office visits, labs, follow up appts. etc) rude and unprofessional treatment from their tech, all to be told....they don't know and let it reappear. No, and thank you. After nearly 2 decades, I have left that practice.

This was the best Dr. visit of my life. Seriously. I always appreciate this team and think they are…read morethe most professional, friendly, and easy to work with. For social distancing they require you to call when you arrive to "check in." They let you come in when it is time for your appointment. My most recent appointment was with Amanda (my previous Doc has retired) and I think she might be my favorite Doctor I have ever had. Her nurse was equally awesome. They were sooo supportive and still extremely direct and transparent with me. My appointment was for 9am on a Tuesday, I had calls lined up right away (cutting it a little too close, if I am being honest) and so when they requested blood work I panicked. Not because needles (watching my husband's cancer treatments has completely numbed me to any heebie jeebies from needles LOL) but because I am a busy lady! I asked if I could schedule it for another time in the week and they told me to just come back in at my convenience that same day! WHAT?! The Dr. told me to come at MY convenience?! You might want to read that again because I still cannot believe it myself. Anyway, I can't get over how great this practice is.

I had blood test results that they never even discussed with me because of them being petty. But it's okay for them to be incompetent. Most of the techs in there that take vitals are rude. Dr. Horde tried to tell me anxiety wil not make your blood pressure go up which is hilarious that he is that ignorant. He also didn't send my pain meds for my dandc procedure until 24 hours after, did not talk to me after the procedure or the person who took me. But that's okay apparently, they have no accountability and if you say something they treat you like shit. A lot of petty high schoolers essentially running this place. I would steer clear. And no, I won't be taking this one down. As someone who has worked in the medical field, this place has a lot of issues they need to fix. This is covering just the tip of issues there. I had to call them due to a medical issue and that's when I found out they wouldn't see me. Patient abandonment is a thing. The office manager is super petty and immature.

For one, the did nothing but complain and disrespect me and then when the doctor figured out I'm gonna decline the crap that isnt necessary he caught an attitude. But the worst part was the front desk ladies and nurses completely disrespecting the crap out of my AND my kids. If you're low intervention or don't want a bunch of random, useless, unnecessary tests, don't go here. And either way you should never feel like YOU are not the one making the decisions about YOUR baby and body. Care quality wasn't great. I went one time in canceling my appointments. And they forgot to have me sign something and said I needed to come back or I'd have to redraw my. NINE viles of blood and I'm almost positive they ran the WRONG test. Get some nurses with respect and kindness who maybe want to be there for pregnant and non pregnant woman, and a doctor who wants to do more than 20 exams. No offense. The one star goes to one specific lady I wish I caught her name she was a younger black woman only kind nurse in there she's the one who drew my blood
