There was only one other person there and they were being scanned. That was my reason for not giving them 5 stars. The place is very clean and the ladies are nice. I like the open MRI because I don't like. Eing closed up in tha round machine. Since I was having the MRI on my neck, I had to be all the way in the machine. Some nice music was playing and I kept dosing off. Once started, i was only in there for about 20 minutes and then it was over. I waited maybe 5 minutes and she handed me the disc of my scans. Very good experience outside of the long wait.

The MRI tech was super nice, she checked in on me frequently, made sure I was warm enough & put on WCLV so I could chillax to some wonderful music. Every person I dealt with at the office was extremely caring and professional. They have someone on call at all hours to answer worrisome questions. They are busy and try to get you in and out as quick as possible. This is nice because who likes waiting around at the doctors office? Especially during a pandemic. As fast as they are I still felt like they took all the time needed to answer any quedtions or concerns. I didn't feel like just a number there. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brandwie and Dr. Kerr. I also saw a couple of midwives for follow up appointments and thought they were top notch as well. The location and parking are really easy to access.

The pharmacy is to the right side when you walk in and there is always someone at the entrance of the hospital to help direct or assist you. Today I brought my 1.5 year old daughter in for a checkup. She was extremely sick with a stomach bug and was not having it. You can tell the lady who was trying to take her vitals was getting agitated with her. She was huffing & puffing, rolling her eyes, and was being a little more aggressive than my liking. The way she was handling my daughter made me uncomfortable to the point that I told her I was going to walk out if she continued. She got extremely defensive and said "I will get someone else if you like." I said: "That would be great." No one came in after asking what happened? Is everything okay? Etc. My point here is parents- stand your ground. If your intuition is telling you something is not right, something's not right. Don't be afraid to speak out for your children. They deserve it. And for the professionals- shame on you. You came into this field to make a difference not receive a paycheck. My piece of advice... if something's broken you have to try to do everything to fix it. If it's not fixable... do all of us moms and dads a favor... and move on.
