I'm honestly not sure what was more impressive to me; the soups or the sandwiches. I guess I'll start with their namesake, the soup. First time I came here I tried the French onion, since what better 'simple' soup to judge a soup place by, right? Excellent, right out of the gate - utterly bursting with caramelized onion flavor, and just a hint of brandy, I believe? I later came back and tried the Thai coconut and "thanksgiving dinner" soups, with each one seriously cramming a ton of flavor into each bite. Never thought I'd be blown away by soup, of all things, but here we are. The sandwiches are just as good as the soups were, and are priced really fairly for the quality and portion you get. Most of their sandwiches are made on their homemade "pesto bread", which may be the moistest, softest bread I've had in years. If you can't decide, they seem to run specials frequently, where you can get a sandwich & cup of soup. The only 'negative' I can think of is that since sandwiches are made to order, it can take ~10-15 mins to get sandwiches and the like, but this isn't a McDonalds, so I feel like that's expected. Besides, your patience is greatly rewarded. Skip the chain food; there's some really inspired, friendly folks here cranking out some of the best stuff in town. Well worth a visit, imo!

Paired with a consistent workout regime and a healthier diet, including meals from Shore Prep, my husband and I lost over 90 lbs together over the years. I included one picture of one of my favorite meals, Eggplant Meatballs over whole wheat pasta. I never thought I say this, but like them better than beef meatballs. Some additional menu items we consistently order are; sweet potatoe quesadillas, winter harvest, chili lime salmon, filet, flank, breakfast burrito, peanut butter protein balls, low carb chicken burger, low carb turkey burger, and chicken chili. The variety of items offered is fabulous. You can also adjust meals to hold the carbs. You can swap carbs for cauliflower rice or zuchini noodles. Shore Fresh is always adding new menus in addition to bringing back old favorites. We order online through their easy to use app or website. Their meals are portioned and healthy, but they always have delicious fun options to keep things interesting such as chicken parmesan sliders, bang bang shrimp tacos, big mac wrap or salad, to name a few. There is currently no delivery fee. We will be posting more specific reviews of some of our favorite items in the future. Lastly, the owner is by far one of the most nicest business owners, I ever encountered. I was way overdue to give this review.

Sandwiches are not big and you have to dress your own coffee. Sandwiches were good but the coffee was not "award winning." I went back in to pour myself a little more coffee and got dirty looks.
