There's usually some deal/discount for certain items, if you're a new customer, specific times of the day, etc., which makes things a great value. Service is always amazing! I was very disappointed by my visit today. I came in because I love wonderbrett flower and was in the area. Once I came in, I found out they only had 3 strains of wonderbrett and nothing else wonderbrett, which was really the whole reason I stopped in. They have a ton of products and brands displayed on their walls that they didn't have available. The girl that helped us was really sweet, and prices were okay, but their selection of products actually available was super limited. I ended up leaving with a really nice ice water hash joint but not sure I would bother to come back here. read more

Got scammed by their two-for-one deal - you don't actually get three of the same item for the price of two - you pay for three and they give you a cheap "promo" item from the back that is different from the items you purchased. They won't tell you this up front. If you do come here (I'd recommend against it - there are so many other friendly, honest, better-priced alternatives in the area), make sure you check your total before paying - they will not correct their "mistake", and will in fact gaslight you by mocking you and making you feel cheap for not "appreciating" the cheap promo items they gave you. I spent over $500 on my last visit and overpaid by over $30. Check out the other 1 star reviews here and elsewhere on SM from others who were scammed. The owner had my first review removed, defended his employees who ganged up on me and harassed me until I had not choice but to remove myself from their menacing presence, and then accused me of being a competitor because I wrote a review about my experience. I wrote my initial review not because I was out $30, but because of how I was treated by Angel and his colleagues when I tried to rectify the situation. If you use cannabis products for anxiety, which I do, this is not the place for you - my experience was extremely triggering and to be mocked and gaslit by the entire staff present in the store (I was the only customer there) was an experience I'll never forget and one which I would never wish upon others. read more

HORRIBLE! They don't listen, and give you wrong products. When I tried to exchange it for what I originally asked for I was told "no" then had to buy what I originally asked for and they thought 20% was acceptable on their mistake!! Which they admitted to on Weedmaps. It's shady business to enforce your customers to buy something they didn't ask for, maybe if you make your employees responsible for their mistakes you wouldn't have complaints about people receiving wrong products. Then their response on Weedmaps was a complete lie, they won't miss me as a regular customer because there will always be people in the area that will purchase from them but there are better places where the employees actually care about their regulars. While Wonderbrett is their own product, they carry every major brand and type (edibles, flowers, tincture, CBD, medicinal, resin, etc.). My budtender, Ryan basically walked we through every product and was able to tell me what experience each one would provide. The guy knew his stuff.
