Also tried to test clean in the middle of a chair cushion instead of a hidden area--had to correct him. Not confidence-inspiring. When I pushed back, he got argumentative, refused the job, flipped me off, and left. Office said they'd call right back. They didn't. Late, non-transparent pricing, and unprofessional. Avoid.
