I called Quality Restoration and they were there so quickly and started immediately to dry up the property, remove all of the kitchen appliances and check the walls. Lem was great in helping me deal with the insurance company that, of course, wanted to downgrade how much they reimbursed me. Quality Restoration then did all the repairs and got things back in shape. They did a great job! Hats off to Lem and his wife Kristi for all their help!

Our neighborhood (the 85745 zip code) was hit hard by that storm, with lots of homes damaged - many far worse than ours. Our home was built in 1971, and has had multiple additions/renovations in its 53 years. The most significant damage from this storm was to the unwieldy 1971 era, 96" by 96" floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in our dining room (the storm bent the frame inwards and the doors were precariously left jammed in place), and significant water leakage through the 1971 era dining room window. Quality Restoration was able to replace the sliding glass doors, rebuild the wall to install a 2024 era sliding glass patio door, repair/replace the water damaged drywall/insulation below the leaking window, seal the replacement 2024 era double paned glass window, and repaint the dining room and the attached hallway. The job took four days (exactly as estimated/quoted). I will attach before and after photos here, but most importantly, I wish to add some commentary about the company and personnel. "Quality" is an incredibly apt name for them. They have all the elements of great customer service -- they listen to the problems, propose solutions, adjust for your budget, answer the phone when you call, communicate when things will happen, meet deadlines, quote cost before the job and stick to those quotes unless there are changes in the scope of work, and are meticulous about arriving when they promised, keeping the jobsite clean and leaving it clean at the end of the project. They don't cut corners. It's just all around "quality" work. Special shout out to Lem and Kristy Nash (owners) and Pete (the project manager) for their ability to adapt and work around obstacles and problem solve. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

Working with this company has been extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend anyone use them…read more On July 3, a monsoon storm caused damage to my property, which resulted in water leaking through the roof. Arizona Restoration Pros did good work with the mitigation, and they were able to come out on a holiday and get the fans put in to dry the water damage. The workers were professional, however, they did a poor job taping up plastic barriers, which caused damage to my paint in my kitchen. The employee who put up the plastic told me he didn't have the proper materials for the plastic barrier because it was a holiday and he assured me the company would fix the damage they caused to the paint. Approximately two weeks passed before I heard from the restoration manager, who did come out to the property to assess the damage and made a quote based on photos. This resulted in incomplete paperwork being sent to my insurance company. At no point did they provide clear updates or realistic expectations. Communication was consistently poor, and when we did finally hear back, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It is now September 25, nearly three months after the incident. I spoke with Paul, who took over the personnel had been the restoration manager. Paul said he had taken over for "multiple people" which led me to believe the company is disorganized and either fired many employees or had many quit. Paul told me today that they cannot schedule my repairs for six months. How they did not know they were booked out that far is beyond me. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a frustrating experience due to their lack of professionalism and accountability. If meeting deadlines and having reliable communication are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We hired them to rebuild 2 bathrooms and an HVAC closet after a flood and water mitigation. From the time I gave them the initial 50% down to when they were finished was 4+ months. All together about 110 sq ft of room space. It was one month from that initial payment when they actually started work. During that time they paraded 4 different contractors through the house to get a quote for them to do the work. Before starting work the owner emailed me and informed me that my materials budget for tile was $1.25 per sq ft and that our budget for two vanity replacements was $1000 combined. "We have clarity," he said. This seemed very, very low given that the overall budget for everything was $30k so I got with my insurance to break down the actual material costs from the estimate. Turns out that we had a budget of $5.47 for floor tile and $6.82 for shower tiles. The overall material budget for the vanities was actually $2186 ($202.45 per linear foot @ 10.8 feet total). I have emails from both the owner and insurance and the .esx estimate file that backs this all up. Once actually started it was mostly 1 person and he rarely worked a full week. At the end of the day they only spent about 260 hours in the house over the 10+ weeks. This could have been accomplished in 5-6 weeks working a normal 40 hours. Because of the materials budget thing I tracked every second they were in the house which was a chore but I felt it was necessary so I had ammunition if they were to try and collect "labor overages" in the end. When we were wrapping up they tried to make me sign a "non disparagement agreement" which they tried to claim was necessary to close out the project. Again, I do not recommend them. Stay away.

While you hope to never have to call, Titan is great when you have an emergency restoration need…read more We had a kitchen cabinet bottom warp and called a plumber to see if we had a water leak somewhere. The plumber noted that our sink was "too deep" for the drain and said the cabinet damage looked old. His recommendation was to get a more shallow sink and move on. We knew the cabinet damage wasn't old, removed the bottom of the cabinet ourselves, and discovered mold and moisture. After some quick Yelp and BBB research, we called Titan. Their dispatch got me in touch with a supervisor so I could describe what was going on and get someone out to estimate / handle the work. Since we didn't have a flood, they came out the next business day, which was fine by us. Their price was fair for the work to be done, and we moved forward. We were very impressed with the work Kari and her team did. They set up containment around the area, removed all of the damaged materials, connected us to a plumber to fix what turned out to be a cracked drain (and who didn't suggest a more shallow sink!), and dried/air scrubbed the area for several days. Once dry and clean, they sealed the wood and had the air inside and outside of containment tested by an independent, third-party. With their "passed", Titan came back to remove the containment materials. I'll also add that the entire team was masked and socially distanced any time we saw them outside of the containment area. Hopefully, we don't have to call Titan again, but we highly recommend them!

The review here is the short list of Titan's malfeasance and incompetence. The full list will be available at ROC and BBB. This company was contracted by my HOA to make significant exterior and structural repairs to my home. I was advised the first day they came out that they would need to remove the electrical panel and I likely would be forced out of the house for days. The contract stated a construction period of 30-45 days. 90 days later, they had never pulled the permit to remove the panel, but blamed TEP for failing to schedule. I called TEP and learned they couldn't schedule without the permit. They also never pulled the required permits for the exterior work. A month after they abandoned the job, they told the agent and lawyer for the HOA, and my lawyer, that the permit expired because I told them to stop work. I was holding the ACCELA print out in my hand - ACCELA is the county database reflecting all permit applications for the 20 prior years. The print out reflected ZERO permit applications. Additionally, county permits are good for 12 months, they had been on the job (primarily not working) for 90+ days at this point. I also had a text message stating the Superintendent stopped the work which I had sent to my lawyer weeks prior when the work ceased. Clearly they have some integrity issues. Titan transported, stored and installed the materials incorrectly, damaging them through the whole process. They damaged the inside of my home because they are unable to use a measuring tape to measure 16 inches. Instead of nailing into my studs, they nailed into my interior drywall leaving hazards all over my home. They unfastened parapet caps and never bothered to refasten them, leaving the bones of my house subject to new damage. The caps blew off in a monsoon. Titan replaced a small section of roofing. After they did that, I could slide my forearm into the large gap they left in roof. This has lead to a mosquito infestation in my home during monsoon season. Who knows what additional damage this has done to the plywood sheathing or the rafters... I hired an expert to evaluate their work, an expert wasn't necessary. Anyone blessed with the gift of sight can see the terrible work Titan performed. The bottom line is they are not only dishonest, but woefully incompetent. If you need someone to deliver and switch on the power button of high velocity fans, they can probably do that. I wouldn't let them near anything that needs repair/replacement. I implore you to heed my warning before hiring the joke of a professional contractor.
