I can't stop raving about it and the extraordinary customer services they provide. Every time I go, I feel a wave of calm wash over me. I didn't ask for the specifics, but it seemed like she either was texting or messaging someone directly, and was able to get us an appointment around the time when they were opening. We walked in at exactly our appointed time, and they had our seats waiting for us. They only had four employees at the time, and two of them were already assisting other customers, so my friend and I hopped into our seats to be assisted next,, while the hubby enjoyed the massage chair while he waited. This ended up being three manis and pedis, plus gels for all nails for the girls, and took around 1.75 hours because my friend was able to get some very cute hearts on top of the gels. Very, very thorough. They were able to clip my toe nails short and round, and did general maintenance on all nails/cuticles. The massages were great, too. Something that I really liked was that they try their best to not have the gel hit your skin; it's literally just a hair away from the skin at all directions. And the products they use were very good, as I haven't had any sort of skin reaction that I've had at other salons. The staff was hands-down amazing. They asked what we wanted, and they delivered every time. My friends' nails came out super-cute, and I'm very happy with mine. And the hubby's mani/pedi were possibly a little bit of a challenge (he has weird nails), but they got through it as much as they could. Would happily come back!!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP, with fresh tea kept at the ready. There was never any sense of being rushed, even through the nail color selection, which can take me quite some time! Special nail effects, chrome, cat's eye, gems and all the rest, are all readily available and professionally done as well. Prices are very reasonable, allowing me to have a regular monthly mani/pedi. Total bonus! Parking is not an issue, as it's in a large mall and they accept walk-ins as well as appointments. Give them a try. The business is new and deserves to be on your list of favorite places. I know you'll love it as much as I do.

My mother had the exact same issue where she was barely in there for half an hour and it felt rushed to her as well When getting a full pedicure. if you are paying 50$ you want to enjoy it, get a decent rub and know they took time to do your nails without missing anything.

It was usually very busy and definitely best to call in advance for a slot. This was my first visit since covid hit and the safety protocols were in place. Hand sanitizer upon entering. Alternate seating. Movable plexiglass which made sense as they would be easier to clean too. The nail technicians are very good here and I am always pleased with the results. After trying a couple of other places where they were less than stellar, I guess I should make an effort to travel back to New West to have my pedicure. Since it is in the same plaza as IT Char burger, I can kill two birds with one stone. Pedicure and burger. Winning combination. Friendly staff and reasonable prices (thankfully no increase). Yelp reviewers were right about this place -- clean, nice job, friendly staff, and prices were very comparable to other nail salons! The owner, Lana, was there and was super friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes (as I did not have an appointment), but I didn't mind as I was not in a rush and it gave me time to look for my nail polish colour. She also offered me some tea or water while waiting, which I declined since I wasn't thirsty at the time. The girl who did my manicure, Noewa, did an excellent job and didn't rush at all. During my manicure, Lana came back to ask if I wanted tea or water this time, and I happily took a cup of tea, which was so nice! Just before my nails were done, I overheard Lana ask Noewa (in a motherly way) if she had taken a break and to get something to eat. If you ask me, that's a nice boss to have, making sure her staff gets the proper treatment! I'm not sure if these 2 ladies were related, but it was still a nice thing for Lana to do. To top it off, they have a stamp/loyalty card, which gives you $5 off after your 5th and 10th visit. This is the only nail salon I've been to that has a stamp card on top of their usual discounts/deals during the week. I will definitely be coming back!!
