Fortunately, Courtney was available during my original due date (I was induced two weeks early). She was a plethora of information. She was always available to meet and answer my random questions via text! This was my first pregnancy that I was able to carry to term so my husband and I were apprehensive and nervous. She answered all of my concerns (natural birth without pain meds, epidural risks, etc.), addressed my fears (pain during labor) and was our greatest advocate during labor and delivery. Her unwavering care and concern for me and my baby was evident during my 24 hour labor (with no pain meds!) since she never left my side. She coached my husband throughout and the both of them made up my dream team (without them I don't think I would've lasted 5 minutes without pain meds!) Now it's noon and they close till 1:00pm You would think that upon the apt being made OPT would request test type and Patients Dr release. This is one of the worst experiences I've had ever. And I've been here three previous times and those experiences were nothing like this. One of their actual PTs basically called me a liar to boot when I told him I never presented a Dr release for the previous visits not a happy camper a wasted day sitting around doing nothing. I guess they think they got these Prejob & return to work folks in a spot where no one will grip it's a bunch of BS. If I could rate it a 1/8 of a star I would. So I finally get the test accomplished in 20 minutes....4 hrs of sitting around for a 20 minute test
