We had a couple visits before labor, she was on call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after birth. She came to my house, showed me positions to speed labor naturally up, she helped me with my birth plan. She followed up with me after every visit with my doctor. I called her after my water broke at 6am and showed up immediately. She helped me with everything. My family was super happy with her service. Being bilingual really helped because I didnt have to translate to my family. She did it all. She even brought me food before and after labor. Im so happy and blessed I had Ana as my doula. She has been great with breastfeeding support, any questions she answers. She also encapsulated my placenta and made beautiful drawings of it that I will forever cherish. If I could give 10 starts I would!!! I was scheduled for a return to work fit test, the appt was for 10:00am and by 12:00pm the only…read morething that had been checked was my BP & grip strength, then they spring on me that I need to provide my Dr release to return to work, and they need to know what job description I need to be tested for. Now it's noon and they close till 1:00pm You would think that upon the apt being made OPT would request test type and Patients Dr release. This is one of the worst experiences I've had ever. And I've been here three previous times and those experiences were nothing like this. One of their actual PTs basically called me a liar to boot when I told him I never presented a Dr release for the previous visits not a happy camper a wasted day sitting around doing nothing. I guess they think they got these Prejob & return to work folks in a spot where no one will grip it's a bunch of BS. If I could rate it a 1/8 of a star I would. So I finally get the test accomplished in 20 minutes....4 hrs of sitting around for a 20 minute test

My body was carrying so much pain abd stress in my shoulders and traps. I was in a pinch but she made time for me. Her massage and cupping were on point. I hadn't had a great deep tissue since I moved from California but hers was so good that I ended up scheduling another appointment the following week. All I can say, is I am so bummed I didn't find her sooner. When I come back to visit, I hope to have her do craniosacral massage because she is really that good.
