She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot. Before purchasing a Groupon, I called the salon because I know many businesses prefer customers book directly rather than use Groupon due to the fees involved. I was trying to be considerate. I was simply told, "Yes, please don't buy the Groupon." From that point on, the experience went downhill. The salon seemed extremely disorganized. The morning before my appointment, I received a call confirming my 2:30 p.m. appointment. Later that same afternoon, they called again asking if I could change it to 3:30 p.m. On another occasion before my appointment, I even received a confirmation call for an appointment I never made. That immediately made me question how organized they really are. When I arrived for my appointment, the first thing I was told was that the Groupon only covered the "cheap" lashes and that if I wanted the "good" lashes, I needed to pay an additional $50. This was never mentioned during any of the multiple phone calls I received beforehand. It felt like a bait-and-switch. If the lashes included with the Groupon aren't considered good, why advertise them in the first place? To make matters worse, while Jessica was explaining the upgrade, two other employees--an older woman and a middle-aged woman--stood there staring at me, rolling their eyes and making faces because I declined to pay the extra $50. It was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly humiliating. No customer should ever be made to feel judged for choosing the service they already paid for. The Groupon also included a complimentary touch-up within 14 days. Unfortunately, I was going to be on vacation on the 14th day and asked if I could come in on the 15th day instead. I was told no--it had to be exactly the 14th day. There was no flexibility whatsoever, even though I was only asking for one day later. Jessica even told me that I couldn't do the make up on Monday because they are closed on Sunday and Monday. That is a lie. Everywhere I look online says they are only closed on Sundays. The overall atmosphere was nothing like a relaxing spa experience. There was no calming music, no effort to make clients feel comfortable during the appointment, and when the lashes were finished, no one even handed me a mirror to see the final result. That basic courtesy was completely overlooked. The entire experience felt focused on getting more money out of customers rather than providing good service. Between the constant scheduling confusion, the pressure to upgrade, the dismissive attitudes, and the lack of professionalism, I left feeling disappointed instead of pampered. First impressions matter, and unfortunately my first impression of Lashful was so negative that I came home wanting to share my experience so others know what to expect. I will never return, and I would not recommend this salon to friends or family. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that values its customers, treats everyone with respect, and is transparent about pricing from the beginning. Thank you, but no thank you, Lashful.

I expected they Atleast lasted the two weeks with out looking like this for the amount of money they cost.....The process itself only took about 35 minutes so I'm not sure what I'll be doing next, as i read into this and found out it takes over an hour for a good lash extension session, although the initial appointment was a great experience- I'm paying to have lashes, not to have them all falling out after a week... I had an amazing first time experience here. They were extremely accommodating with my needs for specific scheduling times due to child care. Rachel was my tech, and not only was she extremely informative about every step of the process, she was an absolute sweet heart! I explained what I wanted, she showed me pictures and walked me through the process. I got exactly what I was looking for :-) The shop was very clean, she washed her hands before service and masks were worn.
