I assumed they knew what my desires were and I honestly didn't want to make the woman feel bad because English was not her first language and I didn't think we could have a clear conversation easily. Unfortunately, my lashes do NOT look natural. I very clearly look like I have fake extensions on. Another woman working there came out after she heard that I had exclaimed, oh my these are much longer than I expected. She spoke English as her first language and communicated to me that I had requested "sexy" and I told her I requested no such thing. She told me next time I should ask for cute and some other adjective that I'm not sure of. And she also said I should not go "longer than 11". I think she tried to make things better but I was disappointed with the situation. I just wanted natural looking lashes.

At the end she warned me that about 5 lashes would fall per day since that is how many lashes fall off usually. I've gotten lash extentions before from other salons and I have never felt so bald. Even before it hit the one week mark I only had maybe like 15-20 lash extentions left. I thought oh maybe because I went to vegas the heat melted off the glue, but when i went it was colder than NJ in the 60s. So really I can't even try to find an excuse for them. I love the way it turned out and it's been almost a week and my lashes haven't fallen out too much. It still looks c beautiful and people has been complementing how good it looks. I was able to get a last minute appointment this evening for full leg sugaring. Amber was outstanding. She checked me into my appointment and performed my service. She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot.
