There is an intro exam, but did not require x-rays which made me happy. - Helps you help yourself. After the adjustment, Dr. Norm recommended some stretches. When I was not able to feel them he adjusted the technique so I could feel it, and benefit from doing it. - Practical. He made recommendation for trigger point work using a tennis ball and sock. Which is awesome, bc I have both on hand. He also let me know there was a special tool we could order if I wanted. - Insurance. Dr. Norm does not take insurance, but Dr. Kerri does and I have heard wonderful things about her. - The drive way is easy to miss.
