The business is poorly ran. I wanted to schedule an appointment so I called during the week, and was told to come in at 9am on a Saturday. Day of the appointment comes around I show up 15 minutes before to see if I have to fill out any paperwork. 9am comes around, and there is no sign of the chiropractor. He ended up showing up 15 mins late. And to my surprise there was no appointments, everything is walks in. That was never mentioned. So I went to go put my name down after the lady that arrived before me. Then a rude man with his daughter that decided to cut in front of me. Even after his daughter repeatedly told him that I had arrived there first, he acted like he didn't hear. I was like fine I'm 3rd in line, I'll just wait. After waiting for the people in front of me to finish, another gentleman walks into the lobby and right away gets take back to a room. Now I'm 4th in line. Keep in mind that each appointment is about 30 mins each. Once it was my turn, the chiropractor asked me if it was first time there. Which I responded yes. He then proceeded to tell me "Oo, I'm going to have you fill out some paper work. Fill it out and in the mean time let me help out the next person." This paper work should have been given to me at the beginning, not at the time it was my turn. At this point, I jumped to 5th in line. From being 2nd to arrive. I was super frustrated that he already had wasted 2 hours of my time, that I walked out without a service. I tried to prevent this by calling ahead and being proactive. Don't get me wrong, the chiropractor seemed like a cool guy but the way he runs his business is so unprofessional. Just wasted my time. read more

This review has been a long time coming.. I can't believe it took me this long to come by and leave it. Dr. Norhden has been my chiropractor for YEARS now. I stray away sometimes, but I always come back to see him! I had a neck injury in the past, Which flares sometimes still!! I always feel much better after seeing him! I am currently expecting and he has been excellent in helping ease my back and neck pain.. he truly takes care of his patients and his genuine care for us shows. Called 9:30am Friday morning. Hispanic woman answered who appeared puzzled that I was calling. Asked to set appointment. She said to callback or wait 5 minutes for chiro nurse. Chiro's have nurses? Since when? I said I would call back. She gave me a number to call one digit off from posted # because it was the chiro office. OK so I call back 10 minutes later and same woman answers and she's still confused. Said no one in office - duh, hrs says open @ 9am - and someone would call me back. Provided name and cell #. Six days later and No ONE has called me! Sorry ass way to run a business. Called Watsonville Chiro who's office answers phone calls quickly and booked me in immediately. read more

I have been going to chiropractors off and on since I was a kid. Just had my first visit with Dr. Norhden, and wow! He is amazingly good, and super friendly. He also does not try to push you into scheduling more appointments, which is almost unheard of in my experience with chiropractors. That being said, I am definitely going back soon to make sure I stay adjusted after going all summer out of whack, with no treatment (why did I do that?) . I was seen the same day I reached out for the first time, and couldn't be happier. I also liked how the initial consultation was short and to the point. Too many chiropractors have long drawn out initial visits with machinery and sensors, etc. If you are into that then great, but I like getting right to the adjustment and feeling relief. Dr. Nohrden and Evelyn are fantastic. I was referred on a workers comp injury (and felt so much relief after the first treatment) and have continued to go regularly for ongoing maintenance and relief. Evelyn takes care of everything regarding insurance. Dr. Nohrden listens and makes you feel at ease. The office is well run and efficient. I appreciate that there is no extra fluff of other alternative remedies (although I believe in it, I just want an adjustment and to go). Its easy to get same day appointments even though they are only open M,W, and F but in emergencies the Dr. is willing to come in on his days off. I highly recommend Dr. Nohrden. read more
