I went in expecting Filipino food, but what arrived seemed more focused on trendy buzzwords and fancy menu descriptions than authentic flavor. It fulfilled the craving nonetheless. Also I noticed some were buying the Siopao. Especially the Pork Asado one. They were almost out inside the cooler. I was told by staff that someone delivers the siopaos (the baker) and they are 4 huge siopao for $10.95. The Siopao were the BEST I have had.
