Well, today we had our trees planted by Moon Nursery. First I got a text saying they would be out…read moreat our home between 7-9am. They showed up at 7:45. Awesome! Sean and James came out with the guys that dug the holes and planted the trees. Sean gave us another text saying they would be here by a certain time. Another positive! I love when you get the text that says we will be there in 20 min. Sean and James were just amazing! They gave us some great ideas about where to plant some more trees and we will definitely be looking into that. While they were planting I went around the home with James getting ideas for our home. I was telling him how when the builders landscapers planted our bushes and flowers that they didn't center a plant up against our house. Well, later on James must of moved it and planted it in the center! I was sooooo thrilled because I have been meaning to replant it but he did it while he was at the house. Thank you soooooo much James. That means the world to me. After they were finished planting the 3 giants and the 5 smaller cypress trees, we chatted with Sean and James for a while. They were so great and their guys who planted them were super nice too! We love Moon Nursery! They really take care of you. We even had them do trees when we lived in California. They were great too! Totally going to buy all our plants from them from now on! Super guys and super company. And a special thank you to Steven for getting this all set up to buy these trees. He was great to work with. He is our go to guy from now on!

There was no sign saying it was her spot. Even if there was, this is no way to treat customers. I am doing a huge project and would have bought thousands of dollars worth of plants. I was just making sure they were quality and didn't have bugs on the first run. I won't be back. I'll just go to rainbow gardens were they have just as nice plants and nicer people. I was recommended to go to this place to view the plants. Upon entrance I was immediately greeted by the exhilarating beauty of tropical plants. Some hanging from the ceiling, some appeared to be lining the walls, and some simply there waiting for an "ooh" or "ahhh". Some plants I recognized and some I had never seen before. The plants and orchids appeared to be very well taken care of and of high quality. In addition to the plants, the owner was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery of top dressing April 30, 2019. Heavy rains for…read morenext 2 weeks...on week 3 noticed a lot of white rocks in the compost. Called for over a week, left many messages with receptionist. Called 3 times a day mostly message machine that I could not ever leave a message. Went to the office and showed the lady the 7 photos of rocks in the yard. She expressed that it is not supposed to be like that. The lady went outside to find owner, he came in a few minutes later. I held my hand to introduce myself and he looked perplexed. I shared the photos of top dressing for my zoysia. He said he just had finished a job and there was no problem with the 4 way mix. What does that have to do with my issue He expressed that I had the wrong topping for the zoysia. It should have been this dressing and pointed to it. I shared that I pay for 4 way mix..that was wrong product for my grass. This was told by 4 people 4 different times I called to make sure I was ordering right product. I said am I supposed to pick up a thousand rocks and he said I can not do anything about it. How would you handle this situation?
