Dustin stated it would be a few days before i would see the bid in my email. It has been 17 days since he came out and still no email . I had called and left a message for Dustin to give me a call, but no response. Dustin seemed like a very personable professional and could tell he knows his business well by reading the positive reviews. Just very unrespectful to leave a customer hanging with no communication.

This company has now been bought out by Tim from the terrible previous owner (Randy - avoid him)…read more Although I was never refunded for the terrible cabinets, Tim, the new owner, did what he could to make matters as right as possible with the mess left by the previous owner. The crap cabinets are now being used as shop cabinets in my garage. Tim also made sure that missing cabinets that Randy did NOT deliver (despite being paid for), made for the utility room, were available to me. I guess that is about all he could do. I expect the quality of work from this company from now on will be much better. I raised this to four stars because I believe Tim will restore the image and quality of this company.

The plumber left without even giving us a chance to look at the work. Kring's refused to pay to have the damage repaired and is suggesting that we're obligated to pay for undelivered goods. This is an absolutely terrible deal. Our house is damaged and bathroom unusable. If you want to roll the dice on your roof literally collapsing due to negligence, maybe Kring's is for you.
