I was already over budget because the Saturday usage I'd planned fell through - kids were using the football field that I'd volunteered to roll. Because I didn't call Bledsoe to come fix it on Sunday night, I had to pay full price when I returned it Monday morning. They couldn't have fixed it before they were closed - by the time I filled the roller halfway and found that was all it would hold due to a massive leak, it was probably nearly 5:00 p.m. Sunday night. The guy at the counter was nice enough - just explained that it was the rule. Didn't matter one bit to them whether the equipment worked or not. I owed full price. I've had far better experiences renting from United Rental. They are more professional and have better equipment. It's really kind of stupid of Bledsoe - if they'd done ANYTHING - Like 'hey we are really sorry it didn't work - we'll only charge you half, since you could only fill it halfway' - that would have been professional, courteous, and they'd still get my business in the future.
