I presumed this was to ensure that what you buy is compatible with your car. I'm not a mechanic and have a very basic understanding of cars. So I bought a bunch of Liqui-Moly additives to help maintain my car. Some of the products were redundant for my car, I bought a port injector cleaner, however, my car has a direct injector, so while this likely will not 'damage' my car it is 100% waste of money. If the website cannot provide an algorithm to guarantee what you are buying, why doesn't the person filling the order know that the customer has bought products that are completely unnecessary for their car. I have wasted $66 on products that I have to give to my friends because Germanparts will not exchange them - obviously they are unopened, and in the same condition they were in their warehouse. Luckily there are plenty of vendors for these products.

I did not receive any notification from them while waiting over 30 minutes. I arrived at 3:35 p.m. and the package came at 4:06 p.m. I run a auto repair business and about 7 minutes from that location. Who's paying for my time lost? The email came from GermanParts.ca Now to add more grief to this situation Fake Bosch parts! When I called GermanParts.ca looking for an oxygen sensor for my VW. I mentioned that I had the old one that is stamped Audi and asked if they had the same one. I was told by the Tim the sales rep manager that Bosch makes them for Audi and that it is the original OEM replacement. I mentioned to him that I've seen so many for sale on Amazon and hope it is not one of those Chinese knock offs. He specifically said it was stamped Bosch and would be correct. When I received the oxygen sensor it came in a fancy 'Bosch' box but had a label saying it is from UAES China! Upon opening the package, the stamp DID NOT SAY 'BOSCH' BUT only CHINA and a different part number from the original!

When we arrived at the designated shuttle bus pickup area we had to wait nearly an hour to be picked up. We saw several Park n Fly valet shuttles and van come and pick up several times. Not once did we see the self park bus. It got to the point where other passengers that were waiting with up approached the valet shuttles and asked if they knew what was happening. The man simply said, a shiuttle was coming but he was not the shuttle for us. Now of course we all understood that but he made no attempt to radio to the shuttle we wanted or give us any assistance. Literally after waiting an hour the people waiting for the self park shuttle grew.So, of course when the shuttle finally arrived it was a bit chaotic. The driver did not pull up to the exact spot that's displayed forcing those of us who would have been at the "front" of the line to miss getting on the shuttle right away. There was obvious concern that there wasn't going to be enough room for everyone so it got a little crazy. One man even started yelling that she needed to pull up to where he was because he was in the correct spot. The driver could not have cared any less. She didn't even acknowledge him. She didn't acknowledge anyone that asked what the delay was or those asking how long before they could get picked up as they could not get on the shuttle in that moment because it was full. The woman literally said nothing. Her silence was maddening and people were letting her have it. Worst experience ever. I plan on finding an alternative because that place is a complete joke.

This is a great business if you are flying into or out of Pearson and want to leave your car. They…read morehave three different levels, a Park'N Fly economy, a Park'N Fly regular, and valet level. I've done the economy and the valet, I haven't done the mid level. The valet works, but doesn't always work as seamlessly as you would hope. But the Park'N Fly economy you can wait quite a while for the van to come to pick you up either when you're dropping off your car or when you're picking your car back up. That's why I'm giving this four cars, it's five for the actual availability, but it's three for the actual process, average of four.

The lot was hard to find with minimal signage..we did not see a lounge (only outdoor portable toilets) and only a hand painted sign saying Skypark parking. On return from our vacation we waited 35 minutes for a van and viewed at least 15 Park and Fly vans go by during that time period. I do not normally leave reviews but am leaving this one to prevent people from sharing our painful experience.
