    I helped one of my friends get flowers for her wedding on Tinsley Island, and being from the Bay Area, we weren't really sure which florists we should talk to who were closer to the venue. Woodbridge Florist was recommended to me by my aunt who lives in Lodi, and I cannot overstate how grateful I am for that! Charles is both an incredible florist and an extremely flexible person for accommodating all the requests we gave him leading up to the event. The final order ended up consisting of a ton of baby's breath, eucalyptus, lilies, carnations, petals for the flower girls, garlands, a boutonnière, and of course, the bride's bouquet. Words cannot do justice to how beautiful the flowers were, especially the bouquet. We got complements throughout the weekend on his work and the bride was beyond grateful for everything he pulled together! If you need flowers for any event in the area, come here. You will be blown away by the quality of flowers, Charles' knowledge and talent, and the value overall.

    We have had to use Woodbridge Florist twice over the last couple years, first for my grandpa's funeral and again recently for my grandma's funeral. The flowers for my grandpa's funeral turned out better than we could imagine, so we came back for my grandma's. The person working put on a mask when he saw us come in with masks on, allowed us to browse through options while listening a bit to our conversations, and asked if we would like specific flowers that we had mentioned added to the arrangements we selected. The flowers were delivered on time to the location, and again surpassed what we were expecting. Pictures do not do justice for these arrangements. Thank you so much. It helped knowing we had selected and you had delivered something my grandma would have truly enjoyed.

    I got married last weekend and I got all my flowers through Woodbridge Florist and they did a phenomenal job! I sent them my inspiration pictures I got from Pinterest and they matched them perfectly! I'm so glad I went with this florist! I even showed charles pictures of arrangements for wine barrels a couple days before the wedding ( I was super last minute ) and they put together two breath taking beautiful arrangements for me! I HIGHLY recommend for weddings! Unfortunately since I just got married I don't have many pics to share but here are a few!

    Great florist! They did my bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages for my wedding. I had never been in before I decided, I wanted them to do my wedding bouquet. I went off of the yelp reviews and the amazing foliage that engulfs the front entrance way to the store. I believe there are two owners, but I only worked with Charles, who ended up nailing it. They recommended that I send some pictures of bouquets I had saved to my wedding board on Pinterest. I sent my three favorite pictures and told Charles through email and one shop visit, what I wanted. I did have to substitute some flowers, because I didn't realize that I can only get what is in season/bloom. Once I accepted the order and the price, I paid in full. I think you can do a deposit, but I trusted them. On the day of my wedding I picked up my order and immediately fell in love. It was as if Charles read my mind, the bouts and corsages were gorgeous, but my bouquet was epic. I teared up, I was so happy and couldn't have been more pleased. I got so many compliments on the bouquet and continue to get compliments from friends and co-workers when I show them pictures, typically I hear "That bouquet Is gorgeous. It is the prettiest bouquet I've ever seen. They did a great job." I was honestly in love with my bouquet and would have married it instead of my husband, if I could. After the wedding, I cleaned out my fridge and put my bouquet in it for up to 4 weeks. I refused to throw it out until my husband told me it smelled, and we needed the space for groceries. I highly recommend Woodbridge Florist. They exceeded expectations and understood what I wanted, with very little direction. I am a customer for life.

    I sent pictures of what I had imagined and they did not disappoint. Gorgeous small wristlets and bouts. The day before my wedding I called in a panic because the bulk flowers I had ordered for centerpieces from another company got lost, MIA. I panicked like a woman would do, called Woodbridge and the owner was able to order some extra flowers for me. The missing flowers ended up showing up, so we had an abundance of multi-colored roses. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you again.

    I've loved every single arrangement I've recieved from this lovely establishment. The flowers last over two weeks and look beautiful the whole time. I love how no two arrangements are ever alike always something different. Will be definately coming back.

    What I got

    I'm in the flower biz, so I know my stuff. The conversation for this 'Christmas Season' birthday bouquet was 'bright and cheery' using Christmas greens and such to make it holiday and birthday festive. What I got was a 'Thanksgiving' fall color bouquet two weeks post Thanksgiving. Right down to every flower being fall colors and a golden bow. What's worse when calling and talking to the Owner Chuck, he argued with me that the bouquet was perfectly fine and he made it himself, no acknowledgement of my disappointment or the fact that both of us knew he was just cleaning out his stock and inventory of Fall Colored flowers at my expense, because his employee was not specific with my request. No attempt to make it right or offer any recourse. See Photos of what I expected and what I got. Terrible customer service and acknowledgement that the customer is always right. I've used Village Florist in Lodi before, they were awesome, Woodbridge florist, not so much, and the owner Chuck would rather defend his poor design choice and selfish motivation to move out left over seasonal colors than acknowledge that the customer is always right and do something to make it right, at a minimum apologize vs. argue with the customers. Terrible. And you sir: should honor your own words in a reply below : certainly no refund or replacement offered today when I expressed my disappointment, you simply told me you were right, the product was fine and I was wrong. From a previous reply from below: 'saddened you didn't call, a replacement or refund would have gladly been offered'..not in my case apparently. See that comment in photo below.

    So my mom and I went here. I'm writing this on our behalf We paid $162 for a centerpiece with…read moreflowers, bubbles, ribbon, candles for Christmas. Supposed to be a beautiful piece to give to extremely close friends and whom employed by. The guy said they could pick it up at 11 today (Xmas eve) They went to pick it up at said time and they were closed. So she proceeded to call him all afternoon cause that's a lot of money and everyone is closed tomorrow as it's Christmas. One would of course be angry that they can't pick up what they paid for. After numerous attempts the guy picks up the phone. She said "where's my flowers? Why are you closed?" He proceeded to say "ob we slept in". What?!!! She said "I don't care I need the flowers like promised" he said "oh we'll try and get down there and get it done". Are you effing kidding me? Who does that? She ended up going somewhere else and demanded the refund. This is no way to run a business. What in the hell. Now I see why you're the lowest rated flower shop in town. Also hilarious you have to have a disclaimer on your page trying to account for the bad yelp reviews. Mistakes huh? Occasionally you make mistakes? So sleeping in and saying oh well and we can try to get it done is an honest mistake? Sounds like you don't give a rats ass. Clearly you don't need the money so everyone DON'T GO HERE! Go to that other place a customer mentioned on here Belle's I think it was. That place has great reviews. In a small town like Lodi y'all really are burning bridges with your poor service. Pretty rude and inconsiderate looking as the reasons people order flowers are significant and should be reliable. If you don't want to wake up early then change your hours . Also note that the guy wasn't very apologetic or taking responsibility either. I'm slightly sick and still got up at 5am. What's your excuse? Update!!! After the last interaction with the shop not only not having the order on time and them basically saying that they just slept in and refused to open on time not only did they not fulfill the expensive order, but they refuse to give a refund. When asked to give a refund because the product was not fulfilled, and the service was nonexistent, because sleeping in was more important than opening a business. They replied with we're not giving you a refund. You can go ahead and try and sue us a ring kept the money for the order and hung up. I made my due diligence of calling insane you know what what's you're doing is illegal and if you do not provide with a refund then I'm gonna have to call my friend in publishing as well as tell all my friends that work for companies that use this service to not use them anymore The man that answered the phone who sounds like a predator, then laughed and just hung up. do not use this business. They have so many bad reviews for a reason. They will rip you off keep your money laugh at you not open the business on time because they're too busy sleeping in. They are unprofessional and I have no idea how they're still in business. probably not for too much longer once the word gets out Good luck. Lol Update. They now have committed fraud!!!! They signed my moms name on a fake receipt. We have filed fraud reports with Lodi PD and are going to press charges as well as sue. These people keep trying to remove my review too.
