Beautiful flower arrangements- fresh flowers lasted quite a while after service - a couple weeks. Will go there again.

They did a beautiful job on a funeral arrangement. I am in Idaho and always worry if what I order is what is sent. I would use them again.

I ordered standard Tulips with vase and chocolates on 02/09, for delivery to my girlfriend on 02/14. the flowers were delivered on 02/14 in the morning. as you can see from the photos, what we received does NOT match the item's description! based on the item's description, I should've received pink, white, AND YELLOW Tulips as well, which was what pushed me to order this item in the first place. I didn't write down any special instructions when I paid online, but I would recommend doing that so that you can hopefully get something closer to their photo on the website. we received 11 Tulips, which would be approx. $5 per bulb. I understand there may be difficulties given this is a major flower holiday, but since I ordered a few days in advanced, I would expect at least an email notification if there are any changes to my order. To Harding Way Florists, if you are reading this, please update your stock photos or the description on your item if you are going to deliver red Tulips. please do not deliver red Tulips under the guise of selling pink, white, and yellow Tulips. I could not be happier in my experience with this florist! An important piece of info is that I've never used this florist before, and I was looking for a florist close to the person I was having the arrangement sent to. I have used many florists over the years, online, and it seems every time the recipient gets the bouquet--it doesn't look like the photo. For this florist, I placed an order for a premium bouquet, with only 24 hours notice. Not only was the bouquet delivered on time, and to the correct location (the directions were tricky), the bouquet was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photo. I couldn't recommend this place more and will definitely use them again!! read more

I've ordered flowers from here before and they never disappoint. I called them at 9am and these beautiful flowers were delivered at 1pm same day. The recipient says they are super pretty. The overall process to order flowers was simple. I ordered them online. I was on the hunt looking for a florist since my mother moved to Stockton. Delivery: the delivery was fast and punctual. I ordered these the day before and they were delivered to the recipient the day planned and early (around 9:30am). They were for my mothers birthday. They knocked and my mother didn't answer it in time so they left them on her porch (which was perfectly fine). Product: I ordered the premium with a Mylar ballon. I attached the picture of the product I ordered and the product I received. It may just be my perception but the photo online looked fuller than the one I received. The one I received looked less fuller but had the correct number of roses. It was not in a cylinder vase like the photo but in another type, which I was ok with too. I guess I just figured for premium and a total of $82.00 it would have looked more fuller. We are on the second day of them being delivered and they still look good. I did not call and complain because in the end they are flowers and my mother was happy to receive them. I also ordered a balloon and it was cute. I just will try another location next time. I ordered tulips for Mother's Day. I paid extra for a "Deluxe" bouquet--which according to their webpage, contains more bulbs, creating a fuller bouquet. While the delivery was made as promised , what was delivered was not. My mother received something that resembled what on their webpage is the "Basic" version of the bouquet. It may not seem like it at first but THIS IS A GOOD REVIEW! I had never ordered flowers before but it was my mothers birthday and I'm a long ways from stockton. I placed an order online and got my confirmation. However, the day of I hadn't heard from the shop nor my mom about the delivery. Long story short, the system was down and I had to reorder over the phone. By that time my moms job had closed so they delivered to the house instead. The wrong order was left on the porch and it had been wind whipped by the time it was received. The next day I called expressing all my frustrations and the delivery guy named Will was so helpful and understanding. He offered me many things for compensation but all I wanted was for my mom to receive gifts at work so they rushed a complimentary delivery of balloons and chocolates to her job. These guys are my new go to flower company. I placed the order the night before and they did an absolutely amazing job getting it ready quickly and delivered on time. I placed it the Sunday evening before labor day and they delivered it on a holiday (Labor Day) by noon. There were some things missing in my order so they asked me if I could substitute a different item for it. However my mind was set on getting the particular item and she worked with me to make sure I was happy with the order. They gave me first class service! There is little I dislike more than ordering flowers from out of town from I shop I am not familiar with. When I called Harding Way Floral, Patsy answered the phone. She answered all of my questions and made ordering an arrangement simple and made me feel confident that she would select and send the right thing. She called me later in the day to tell me that the hospital had no patient by the name I had given them. No. The patient had passed away shortly after I had called her. She suggested that I might want the flowers redelivered to the home. When I told her that I would be glad to pay an extra delivery charge since they had already tried in good faith to deliver the arrangement, she answered in a very kind voice that that would not be necessary. On the busiest day of the year...Valentine's day, my order was never delivered. While I understand this day is floral hell, it is completely unprofessional. At 7pm I called asking where my delivery is. They imminently apologized, and when I asked for a refund they did not refuse. Today I placed an order on their website for the Zen Artistry Deluxe for $64.69, it is a beautiful arrangement and just what my daughter needed to cheer her up. Shortly after placing my order I received a call explaining that they had just sold the last orchids. I agreed to have the orchids replaced with something else, said it would be higher end. So I received a photo of the Zen Artistry Deluxe my daughter received today, looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered, I mean absolutely nothing like it. To top it off, amidst all the greenery that was used, (minimal floral) a blue / purple flower here and a white one here and there, there was a single pink rose stuck right in the middle of it, oddest, out of place looking thing i have ever seen. I am very disappointed because looking at what I ordered for 64.69, and comparing to what I received, its more like a 35.00 arrangement they advertise on their website. Really wish I could post photos so you could see the dramatic difference, it is very disheartening. read more
