My son contracted a bacteria. What was completely disheartening was that not one staff member reached out to see if he was ok (he was out for 14 days). He had a rash, diarrhea and the doctor could not treat his original ear infection until they could figure out the bacteria which they said could only contracted there. As a result, bacteria created a toxic reaction with various antibiotics. This type of corporate run business in not where you want to send your child for proper warm and loving care for their development. At the end of it, my son was suffering and not one person cared enough to see if he was ok. I had to miss work for weeks at a time, battling to keep my job, and gave up a proper babysitter for this cold and heartless childcare facility. Disgusting! I know it is expected your child get sick from daycare exposure is only natural but this was not normal. The staff could care less and the director is not pleasant to deal with at all. If you are miserable working with beautiful, wonderful children, then you should find another line of work. This is simply a business not a place that cares about your child's wellbeing. Your child will be just a number and a payment.

Within the first month my daughters progression in speech/language improved so much it left me in shock. They helped make those first days and months easier for us as parents because we knew he was being loved and cared for. Then came the Twaddler room with Ms. Sonyca and Ms. Kenesha, who were there as he became more active, curious, and independent. They were such an important part of that stage of his life. Ms. Shovanie in Preppers continued to encourage him and help him grow, and then we reached preschool with Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Emily. Seeing how much he has learned, how confident he has become, and how excited he is to go to school is something we will always be thankful for. The directors love my children, the teachers love my children, and I trust that they are happy and safe there. I love that there is a curriculum, each week is a different theme. They learn Spanish and do yoga and exercise and learn the basics like letters, numbers, writing, etc. I love that there are cameras and you can watch what is going on throughout the day. Every teacher knows the children's names even if they aren't in that teacher's class. They take any concerns seriously. The facility is clean and neat and welcoming. No daycare is perfect, I assure you, but Lightbridge is perfect for us and I'm more than happy with the care my children are getting there.

The activities they do is above and beyond. Polar express, pajama day, zoo animals come etc. the teachers and assistants are all nice my daughter has been in all of the classes this is her last year and I've never had an issue.
