As it turns out because our payments have been on auto pay for the whole time of our loans and we pay half of a car payment every two weeks. We were actually two months ahead on our car payment and were advised by the representative on the phone that we didn't need to skip a payment because we were already ahead with nothing due until October. This was in July and we also checked their website which also said nothing was due in September. They since have said that it was too early for it to show us that however, on September 12, I took an additional screenshot that said zero dollars due on September 5. Yet they continue to harass us for a payment. They said it was too soon on the website to show that anything was due, but how can seven days after the payment being due be too soon for the website to show that something is due? And also if your website is wrong, then your live representative should not have also acknowledged that we were ahead. The fact that we were ahead really made sense considering that there are some months that we pay a car payment and a half because we pay half of a car payment every two weeks. Furthermore, when my husband asked them to pull the tape for the recorded call the lady says that we acknowledge that we owed a payment in September, this did not happen. I was standing right next to my husband when he had the conversation and we even discussed with the representative what the website said. When my husband asked to hear this call, she said she didn't know if we were allowed to hear it or not so not only do they record your calls and refuse to possibly let you listen to them to validate what was being said. Their website is inaccurate. And now they are harassing us. We have literally never been late with a car payment and this is how they treat us. And now they are offering to let us skip payments that shouldn't have already even been due if we pay an extra $50. Again, I do have a time stamped screenshot showing seven days after the date they are saying the payment was due that it said we had zero due.

He could have suggested freezing my card for a period of time and no negative repercussions would have appeared. My husbands score went down, I lost 90 points because I lost the large credit limit and my usage percentage went up. When I signed for a joint account, shouldn't my signature be required to close it as well? Mr. Dem is also does not return calls. He is lacking in communication skills, knowledge of the credit union, and quite frankly lacks the personality to be interacting with members. My husband's dilemma was a direct mistake of TCU and took initial effort, not of the company, but of the customer, to complain on social media to get any recognition. This completely unnecessary debacle had to be dealt with by a 28 year old son grieving the sudden death of his father. You should be totally ashamed. TCU transferred the loan amount of Nathan's deceased father's car into Nathan's name, but not the title, so Nathan owed TCU money, but couldn't drive the car. TCU fucked up this painful process so bad, a TCU agent had to physically go INTO a BMV branch to explain how they messed up so badly in order to get the title in Nathan's name. It took him complaining on FB to even get attention to the issue. He spent probably two months just being transferred around the company and being hung up on. So they took forever to finally get the title registered in his name (literal months) and the car just sat there and couldn't be driven. Since the car sat for so long, it has all these issues now and they refuse to give him any kind of compensation for repairs. No, I'm sorry, they offered him $200, which is a slap in the face.
