You could see the employees , the customer and the entire line behind the customer were completely uncomfortable witnessing this interaction. This isn't the first time either I've overheard the branch manager, Sheena, loudly make fun of her own employees apperances while she was sitting down with one of the bankers. After confronting the company I was informed she would just be moved to another branch if they found her unfit for the SB branch. Do not support a company that allows these behaviors from their managers and branch leads, it's disgusting and deplorable.
