Despite our repeated attempts to clarify, he sent the wrong kind of truck. The young driver who arrived was polite and professional, but after assessing the situation, he immediately confirmed to the dispatcher that he could not tow us with that wrecker. After several escalating and rude conversations with the dispatcher, we were forced to wait over four hours on the highway for the correct wrecker--the one we had originally requested. Thankfully, several kind motorists stopped to help us, and we ultimately canceled the tow. The dispatcher then informed us of a $250 fee and even reported us to the Alabama Highway Patrol for an "unpaid towing bill." We will be disputing this fee through every appropriate channel, including the Alabama Public Service Commission (PSC), the Better Business Bureau, and all relevant consumer review platforms, so others are aware of this company's practices. We have traveled across the United States for more than 45 years and have never encountered a towing company that treats customers this way.

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.
