    Hose to air filter was broken by tech, and placed against the filter. Radiator no longer hold coolant, seeps out when motor is running.

    Bondy's replaced our engine with another engine they rebuilt. They said it has a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on their work. In just over 5 000 miles the engine locked up. Now they refuse to even return our calls.

    Scott Carter and Jayme Lemon were great to work with. We felt like they were honest and easy to talk to. We absolutely love our new car! They worked hard to get us approved and we appreciate their efforts! We highly recommend Bondy's Nissan!

    Only service department I can go to as a women and feel taken care of and I know they wouldn't send me out in anything but a safe vehicle!

We went in to buy an suv from this location. We had a wonderful experience at a different CarMax in California so we were pretty sold on buying from the company again. Unfortunately, this decision ended up becoming a nightmare for over 2 months. Long story short - We bought the car and on the 8th day after our purchase, two engine/system problem lights came on. CarMax has a "warranty" so we took it in and the service person couldn't "recreate the problem" and the light would not go on again. I went to go pick it up, and yes you guessed it, the light came on again (in their parking lot). They kept it again and was baffled mostly because they are NOT a mechanic's shop. They did not have the proper equipment to run a diagnostic per Honda's specs and needed the correct machine to read Honda error codes. They finally took it to the Honda dealership in Dothan and they determined that an alternator plug was loose... they returned it to me convinced that there was nothing more they could do. 3 days later, my light came on again. I was already without my car for almost 2 weeks and was tired of dealing with their incompetence so I took it into Sam Boswell in Enterprise. $1,000 later out of my pocket, they replaced the alternator and voila! Everything was fixed. CarMax mishandled this on so many levels. They sold me a car without properly inspecting it and proved to be incapable of solving the simplest problem (corporate gives them no power to resolve problems) and we will never buy from them again.

    I've been contemplating writing this one star review but after my good experience with other MB…read moredealers I feel implored. I bought my auto during Covid. At that time dealers really had folks in a tizzy and quite honestly it was a situation to even get an appt. Looking back I feel terribly taken advantage of and the sales person was not completely honest. I was told the car was backed into something by the previous owners daughter and that there was no damage to the backend nor an insurance claim turned in. When I went to trade my MB this year I was told the auto was in a front end collision in Florida and had reported damage and a claim. I went back thru my paperwork with Dothan MB and found no remark of this nor the CarFax, which I was told that day they were having issues with. As well when I purchased the auto I was told 4 new tires were put on. About a year later after little driving it and regular maintenance, I was told I needed 2 new tires. I did get a bit heated with the service manager and they relented and shared the tires put on at purchase, we're "newer" not new at purchase. Begrudgingly I bought the 2 new tires. Due to the new tire comment and no callback when the tires arrived, they did waive the install and service tech fees. A top all the dishonesty there service managers are terrible arrogant and many of them don't drive a Mercedes. That says it all!!! I'm deeply saddened tge owner continues to take advantage of the community, as described by me and others on this app.

The service department has been kind and courteous at all times during the process. The only fault that I have is the process takes a considerable amount of time so if you're in a hurry beware that the service will take the majority of your day. The service staff will take under consideration the amount of your bill and give every discount available but you must ask. All in all there has been no major problems with my service with this establishment.

    I walked into Dothan motors to buy a car for the first time in 5 years. I had never bought a used…read morecar before so I was a bit nervous but Angel and Tim assured me they could get me financing and find the perfect car for me in their lot. Well Angel worked on the financing Tim brought me out to the lot to show me the cars we settled on a Nissan versa and Angel already had the financing ready to go I was very happy with the service and Angel went out of her way to make sure that I could leave with the car that day. Being new to town she explain how the car goes through a multi-point review by their mechanics to ensure that everything is working properly I met the mechanic and liked him so much that I plan on using him should anything go wrong in the future as it is a used car with 104,000 miles on it. So it was a win-win for me I found a used car dealer I can trust and use again and the new mechanic in the area should I ever need one thank you Dothan Luxury Motors.

    ‼UPDATE ‼ I felt I…read moreneeded to come back and update my review now that I've had my BMW for a few months. When I purchased it, I was told all needed repairs were made. However, within just the first week I noticed issues with the hoses where a clamp wasn't even tightened correctly, it could have caused so many problems! A mechanic had to fix this on the spot. From there, it has been one issue after another. In less than 4,000 miles (mostly just regular trips around Auburn and Opelika and one tripntobmybDr. In Birmingham), I've had to take care of an oil change, refill low brake fluid, purchase and replace both front and back brakes and rotors and also the sensors. buy and install a new battery, replace a front headlight and a rear taillight, and now the front right headlight housing has melted because the bulb doesn't stay in place--something clearly broken long before I bought it. And i contacted them in May aboutthe housing unit and of course they completely jgnore me. The most alarming situation was on my way home from Birmingham when my back tire was failing and nearly fell apart. Thank God a man in Alex City waved me down before it turned into a terrible accident. Not only did my car not come with a spare tire, but it also had no jack and requires a specialty tool that wasn't provided either. When the bad tire was removed, it literally split apart in my daddys hands. I'm lucky and blessed nothing tragic happened. When I contacted the dealership, I was told this was just "normal wear and tear." And also she (Angel Niday) talkednro me like i was Stupid! about the milage lol. Of course I had to do the Math to make her understand. With so many issues appearing in under six months and under 4,000 miles, that explanation doesn't match reality--it feels misleading and unsafe. What I thought at first was a great experience has unfortunately turned into disappointment. Cars should not require this much major work so quickly after purchase. That's not wear and tear, that's cutting corners. PEOPLE! HAVE A SEPARATE MECHANIC THAT YOU CAN TRUST LOOK AT IT BEFORE YOU MAKE THAT PURCHASE! ‼Original‼ I want to EXPRESS how absolutely satisfied and grateful that I am with Dothan Luxury Motors! Especially Twon Foster in Sales with assisting with the sale of my new vehicle. This was absolutely the BEST and EASIEST moment that I have ever experienced in purchasing MY BEAUTIFUL BMW and YALL...I did it all from the comfort of my own home in bed two hours away. I totaled my Honda in November and still owed on it. But being I'm on a fixed income from disability I had to file for bankruptcy because I couldn't afford two car payments at the same time However, I received a letter from Jason Moseley saying he could get me in a car with me just filing bankruptcy and even before the meeting with the creditors. And he did just that. I saw what I wanted and I applied online, got a callback from Jason to explain my situation. He connected me to Twon where he proceeded to get my information and tell me what all he needed. But being me, I aeady had most of it together. Finished it up and it's sent back to Jason. He finalizes all the paperwork,gets it cleared through the bank. I then signed everything from my iPad. Pay my Down payment. Then I speak with the lady from the bank to make sure everything is in order. The next morning Twon delivered my beautiful BMW to my home and I couldn't be any happier. I also want to add a little to this just to really acknowledge and appreciate ALL the help, hard work, and dedication that Jason Moseley the financial Manager has put into this sale. He knew how much I wanted this BMW and wasn't going to let me down! And he didn't along with everyone one else in the background working their magic...
