Recently I went to 2606 Ross Clark Circle (Road Mart) . I have been using Road Mart for years and these morning is a good reason why I have always used them. When came in at 7:am they were very busy and I need some work done on a van I gut bought because my truck was destroyed by a tornado on the 10 of June 2025 . I really need this van fix and they worked me in when they really did not have room to. I am so thank for Tyler and the others that took care of my job. I will always use them. read more

I replaced brakes and rotors on my daughter's vehicle. Her tires could not wait any longer to be replaced. I shopped around for tires and found the Sumitomo tires I wanted, at a fair price, available here. We were in a time crunch and needed the work done right away. We were able to get right in and out. They replaced the tires and flushed the brake system fluid completely, as I requested. The brake flush was at a huge price discount compared to a couple local dealerships that I frequently visit. I decided to also get the fluid flushed on my commuter car. I took my car over to have the work done. Yes, I had to wait. They were covered up with work. As is the case everywhere, dealerships sell many more vehicles than they can service in a timely manner. That's why quality places like Road Mart are in business. I asked them to also do the oil change since I was already there. I recently stopped taking my vehicle to the dealership's quick lube due to the poor quality of service and extensive wait times. Big Mike changed the oil and flushed the brake system fluid completely. Mike found my coolant system to be leaking and noted the condition of my belt and brake pads, 30/70% remaining front and rear respectively. I asked them to go ahead and replace the front pads, 30%, while the rotors were still in good shape. I did not have them repair the coolant system leak as I had recently discovered that there is an SB from Chevrolet and a special warranty available for this repair. It's frustrating to think that the vehicle goes frequently, I put a lot of miles on this car, to the Chevrolet dealership quick lube for service, but they do not pay attention to leaks, fluid levels, filter condition, etc. Thanks to Big Mike, my water pump replacement was done at no cost to me, before the warranty expired or I overheated on the freeway. If you need some work done, at a price and shop you can trust, I recommend you give these folks a try. Yes, you'll have to wait sometimes. Yes, they get paid for the work they perform. Most of us do. You won't have to wait a week or two for an appointment like at the local dealerships. read more

This rating is applied to the Southside Dothan location mainly. I had vehicles serviced at both North and Southside locations. I received better service and did not receive the high-pressure sales tactics from the Southside as one might get from the Northside store. Every time I had a vehicle serviced at the Northside store they used high-pressured sales to basically try to raise the service bill up. I never received that from the Southside. I did have to wait some time for a simple oil change and tire rotation due to the volume of business they had; however, it was not too unreasonable especially for not having an appointment and was a walk-in basically. I think they did a great job and even when I purchased tires the service was excellent. read more

I always use Road Mart for all of my automotive needs. Whether it be tire rotation, oil change, or a repair they always take care of my needs. It is the friendliness in staff that keeps me coming back to this particular location in Dothan. Not only is the staff very friendly I've found that they also seem to have the best prices around town. Definitely recommend these guys!! read more

I just went visited the store and spoke with Lee, the Assistant manager. I asked him if I needed new tires or just to rotate. He kindly went to my truck, looked at my tires and stated that they only needed to be rotated. Within 20 minutes, I was out the door, with a tire rotation. While I was sitting in the store, Lee was very friendly and spoke to me about random stuff but also about my tires. The other men, in the lobby area, were quite friendly too. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Road Mart. I will be back to get new tires because of Lee's kindness and honesty. read more

Will not do business with these clowns again! 1. You cannot make an appointment to get your tires rotated and balanced. It takes 45 minutes - 1 hour for this service, too. Comparison, Toyota dealership you can make an appointment and it takes 20 minutes - 30 minutes for the service. 2. Will not honor a warranty. My wife bought her tires from RoadMart. Originally, the tires were installed on a 2011 4Runner; manufacturer's recommended tire size 245/60R20, tire size purchased from and installed by RoadMart 275/55R20. We purchased a 2014 Sequoia about a month after purchasing the tires. The Toyota dealership was gracious enough to install tires from the 4Runner, onto the Sequoia (recommended tire size 275/55R20). Perfect manufacturer specification match! The tires have lasted only 30,000 miles; rated for 70,000 miles or 6 years (Michelin LTX M/S2). So, the guy refuses to honor the prorated warranty because they are not on the original vehicle. Why? Because he cannot guarantee they have been maintained properly. Toyota and RoadMart have rotated and balanced these tires every 5,000 miles, and we have all documented proof! Further, he tries to convince my wife that if her vehicle were even the slightest bit out of alignment it would most assuredly cause this premature wear. Ok, maybe slightly premature wear, but I assure you the tires would last longer than half the rated mileage. Additionally, there would be notable differences in tread depth/wear across the tire. Her tires you ask..? Tread depth: 4/32s (front) 6/32s (rear) across the entire face of each tire, respectively. Of course, when challenged as to why they would ever install a tire on a vehicle that was not the recommended size of the vehicle manufacturer, he had no response. 3. Tire Rotation Service Yes, it is free. However, all they do is a rotate and balance. They do not check to see if your brakes are worn, evaluate your tread wear to possibly indicate an alignment issue, or even look at the appearance of your rotors to see if they may be cracked, warped, etc. All of these items require minimum effort, ensure the safety of their customer, and would provide some level of reassurance that the customer is their number one priority! Toyota does all of these things and many more! Sure, you pay $20, but, you get a scheduled appointment, full service check, expedient service, I am certain they would honor a prorated warranty, and, if you go on a Tuesday your wife can have her nails done for free! If you have had a good experience here, then outstanding! Our experiences, however, have been extremely poor. Oh, except when we showed up to drop $900 on these new tires, they were more than happy to assist us at that point... My recommendation, use Toyota or Scott Stevens. The guys at Scott Stevens fixed two flat tires for me for FREE. I rolled the tire in. They fixed it. Rolled it back out to me and said keep us in mind when you need future work performed on your vehicle. Thank you for coming! Toyota, they cost a little more, but the service and convenience is unmatched! Try them and you will understand. read more

We took our Allegro bus to RoadMart. Wow!! John, Lee, and Tyler did an amazing job! Customer service was the best, Tyler did amazing putting on the tires. John kept us informed on every aspect of what they were doing. Lee went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even giving us a ride so we could get lunch, Our bus is 44 ft, so this was no small job with changing 8 tires! We highly recommend this store for your RV needs. We found them to have best deal on tires so we drove from Florida!! Thank you John, Lee and Tyler for everything. You guys are amazing!! read more
