I have reached out to Yes Communities 2 months ago, with no return contact. I filed a complaint on two of their properties, Woodlake MHP & Autumn MHP. Complaint on Missy Newkirk, Chassidy & the administrator (I don't know his name) at Woodlake MHP. I wasted 2 wks of my time working with these three. I toured a mobile home, lot 304, 307 Bear Cub RD. I attempted 3 times to put a down payment on the home. Chassidy told me to wait & work with Missy, who was out that day (April 19). I contacted Missy on Monday, talked to her about putting a contract on the home. Missy contacted Haley at Autumn MHP to transfer my contract. I asked Missy again about a deposit on the home. I was told "No." Tuesday, I called to talk with Missy, no return phone call. I drove up to the park and met with Missy. Missy asked me did I wanted to see the home again. I agreed to look at the home. Instead of her spending time showing me the home, she was on her cell phone talking to a friend or family member, describing the home to that person (I have evidence on video). I called the office on April 25, I was told Missy was out sick. I threatened to call cooperate, Missy called back saying she was sick. Missy told me to be patient and not to worry. Per Miss, she hasn't received written documents from the seller, given permission the house. And the house has to be appraised before putting it on the market. I offered to put down a deposit. She refused to take my money. Per Missy, she is not allowed back to work until April 30, due her being sick, COVID. I called Missy on May 1 to do a follow-up. I was told by admin that the property has been sold. I asked how, when I was told I was the only person interested. He the got smart and told me "Well did you put down a deposit." He said I didn't put down a deposit, I lost the house. I attempted 3 times to put a deposit on the home, but refused to take my money. I drove up to the MHP & met with Missy. Per Missy, her coworker gave me the wrong information and the home wasn't sold. She turned her computer around, showed me the signed documents from the homeowner. However, due to it not being clear, he had to overnight the documents. Missy told me she received a message from her boss, she could no longer receive or hold deposit on homes & show proof of a check with the MHP name. I told Missy that I was going to the bank to get the deposit. An hour later, I received a phone call from Missy that she was wrong and that her coworker was right. The home has been sold, someone put down a deposit (she told me that her boss told her not to accept any deposit) and the next day this customer paid cash for the property (I thought she needed signed documents from the homeowner, giving her permission to sell his home and that it needed appraised before selling). The next day, my work voicemail had a message from Missy, telling me someone has given a money order for the down payment. I could tell that Missy was either being coached what to say, or she was reading something (I have the saved vm). On the voicemail, you can hear Missy and someone in the background laughing. So now that are taking me for a joke. She is unprofessional and the other 2 coworker were unprofessional, liars, and need to lose their jobs. I think Missy was saving this home for whomever she was talking with on her cell phone the day of the showing. Autumn MHP, I had a contract on another home. I was told to show proof of down payment (which I did), but Haley sold the place because I didn't bring the down payment. When I brought the down payment to her, she told me the house had being sold, because they gave her the down payment first. I don't understand how you have an approval with the finance company for this home, show that you have the down payment, but then sold the home. I guess buying a mobile is different than buy a foundation home. I am outraged how this company does business. read more

So we've been here for 10 months and was promised a sidewalk. We still don't have a sidewalk and Take note that my fiancé has a back disability. She has barely been able to leave the house due to this problem. The front office doesn't care about this issue. The neighborhood has a lot of trash everywhere. The maintenance people are very rude and jerry rig stuff in your place just to have it break again in a couple weeks. I've spent close to $120 to get rid of the bug infestation when we asked them for months to do it. A maintenance guy tried to run me off the road once. Crazy drivers are a usual in the neighborhood. So if you think that this is the place to go to live and have kids....NO WAY. If you want to listen to your neighbors kids playing drums and screaming bloody murder, and have super mosey neighbors that are 911 happy than this is the place to be. After requesting torn linoleum to be replaced 5 times and being hospitalized 2 times and sick for months along with my animals, I found black mold and hired mold experts to come and do an indoor, outdoor, and surface test, the results determined that the air quality inside was way worse then outside. The attempts to fix things resulted in an uncanny professionalism and it looked worse then a kid would do. I had to threaten a lawsuit and buy expensive equipment to prove there was moisture in the walls and floor. They made 7 attempts to fix my awning. It still leaked. They put us in another trailer in another community and made us sign another lease for "auditing purposes." This lease raised our rent $45. Now pit bulls are running loose attacking dogs, laws are being broken (allowing fire pits in the community), they promised pest control to do preventative care and this is the 5th day I've waited, we were promised gold star service (which is when they replace furnace filters) and they haven't done it once. It took me having to go to the courthouse to get the awning up I was promised before they transferred us to the new trailer, they never cleaned the trailer before move in and they hired them to come out again bc I had construction dust all over everything, READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. They won't abide by the lease, don't maintain the homes, dogs of leashes attacking geese and other residents dogs, I had a gun pulled on me, the lake is 80% covered in lily pads, the office personel are nice until you sign the lease, black mold was covered up in the first trailer, people (kids) are fighting in the streets, they only have certain peoples cars towed, the staff are not educated enough, regional manager patrick said we the wall wasn't moist bc he couldn't feel dampness on the wall so there wasn't mold [i hired mold experts after buying a moisture meter reader, air quality was worse then outside and contained black toxic mold].
