The alley has some great staff, but smells like smoke when you come in as smoking is allowed inside. The ceiling tiles are all yellow from it. The score displays are very old, the lanes are old and some malfunction a lot. They do have a juke box to play music, though two out of threes times I went, nothing was playing. The time they did have stuff playing it never stopped so it was nice, I don't think anyone was paying for it to play. Last, almost the entire alley is battleship grey. read more

This place is now known as Branson Bowling - Lanes, Grill, Arcade so if you look it up online that's what you need to look for. Pretty well everything could improve. I'll give it a one star because zero isn't available. The first night I went here with my family it wasn't great. We came in late and paid for two games. We could have gotten our two games done in the hour or so of time we had before the place closed but almost every time someone bowled the lane we were on would mess up. Bowling pins kept getting shot out when they were being placed, sometimes pins would get placed and immediately get taken back by the lane again, and a good amount of the time nothing would happen after we finished bowling one of our turns and we would have to wait on one of the two people there to come over and reset our lane. I do get being busy and not having many people but their system for having to wait 5+ minutes sometimes every time some one bowls because the lane messes up so consistently does not work with just two workers on shift. We finally towards the end got moved to another lane next to us and had mostly no problems. We only had enough time to finish one game because of the lane delays and had the cost of the second one reimbursed to us through tickets for one free game for our family. We came back the next night a bit earlier and the experience was somehow even worse than before. We used our free game and bought one. We had a different lane than the ones from the night prior and this one was way worse. It was almost every single time or every other time someone finished bowling that the lane would go unresponsive for minutes on end and we would have to wait to bowl again till one of the two workers on shift were able to reset the lane. This, was also made extra slow because the only two workers on shift had to cover the whole place while it was busy. This may not have mattered if we could have swapped to a better lane or been able to reset the lane ourselves but neither of those options were presented. It took over 2 hours to just to get our two games finished because of the delays. I would never come back here again or spend another dime here. The two experiences were quite terrible and I do not recommend. One of the workers we spoke with even mentioned the lanes were all dated and machines in the back were old. Took my family out to bowl on a Sunday evening. As we entered the employee working was rude and acted like he didn't even want us to be there. Our drinks were not allowed to be down where we were sitting they had to stay back behind us on the table that was close to the counter. Signs that were hung next to us said that being loud was not allowed. The balls were not great and was informed that bumpers couldn't be up unless every player was going to use them. We were also informed that if we return the shoes with the laces tied it would cost an extra $10 per shoes that are tied. I do not recommend taking your family to this facility. read more

While visiting Branson, my family went to woodland lanes since it was raining at that time. Almost every time my group tries to bowl. Some of the pins are already down, you have to pay for music 2 songs for 1$. 12 songs for 5$, there should be music already playing. The place is dead, and I think it's 1$ for a refill on soda. When we were finishing up our last game, it smelt like something was burning. Note: If you don't untie your shoes when you return them, you get charged 10$ Who the heck will pay 3$ just because they didn't untie their shoes. Like you wear shoes, the people at the front should untie them if they don't tie them. And if you take them out of the bowling alley it's 10$. I get the part where you take them out but untiying them, come on. Just to mention, the WiFi name and password is on the napkin dispenser. I tried connecting and it didn't work. My family and I were visiting Branson and decided to go bowling, when we arrived around 8pm we got shoes and they told us which lane we were on. I asked "don't we have to pay?" they said you pay after. Okay cool. We get some drinks and chips on my card while we play a couple games. We go to leave around 9:40 and return our shoes. Our total is $34, I give the young man my debit card then he informs us their card machine is down. He asks us to use the ATM to get cash and pay. Well slightly inconvenient as the fee would be an extra $5.50 and I just used my card to buy drinks and food so pretty confused as well. I head over to the ATM, well it's broken. I tell the man and he says "well it's not our ATM." My family is now being held hostage at a bowling alley 10 minutes before they close over $34. We have no way to pay as the ATM is broken and the card machine is down. My 8 year old nephew is asking why we can't go home and is upset. So while panicking I start asking around the bowling alley and found a lady who said I could cash app her the $34 and thankfully she had enough cash to pay for her group and our family. Being 1,000 miles away from home held hostage in a bowling alley because THEIR machines aren't working is not how I wanted to spend my vacation. We were barely able to get a game in because the equipment wouldn't work!! Absolutely unimpressed by what they call a bowling alley!! The place looks like it had been abandoned 30 years ago!! We got in there dispute the looks and decided to give it a shot. Wow! The foul line went off when we didn't even touch it, the kiosk wouldn't even put in our names, and it wouldn't give us the full 10 pins!! They need some remodeling and serious improvements! Great bowling place. The staff was very friendly and overall was as expected. Bowling, beer, video games. We went there on a rainy Sunday afternoon and got a lane right away. I am not a great bowler but when I can get a bucket of beer for $12 I am going to be happy. Better and cheaper than anything else I did in Branson. read more

Beyond horrible. Dirty, bowling balls are severely scratched, reeks of cigarette smoke, and extremely rude staff. Pins had to be reset by staff multiple times during a single game, & they wouldn't even let us bring in a cake for my daughter's birthday party. Make the short trip to Springfield to go to a real bowling alley. Nasty, filthy experience. Don't waste your money here. read more

Wow, I wish I would have reed the reviews before visiting. Couldn't believe that in 2015 staff told a patron arriving after us that he could smoke inside the building. Not to mention there were small children and people with fragile health present. We just happened to visit when special olympics of Branson was there. My friends and I went there for the first time. We had a great time. We played for a couple hours but since it was late when we went we were able to avoid any smoke from earlier. Everything seemed pretty clean too. If I would have got caught in any of the smoking, I'd be giving it 2 stars. Maybe call before you go in case the smoking bothers you. They can give you an idea if there are even any smokers there that night. read more

Walked in the door and automatically hit by smoke. It says family friendly. But it's indoor smoking, ashtrays on every table. None of us wanted to stay after a few minutes. Sad cause we all were looking forward to it. I guess the smoking ordinance doesn't apply to outside city limits. And it's the only bowling alley in town.
