The stand up Twister game was a family favorite as was laser tag. the XD theatre and the Wonder Coaster ended up being their overall favorites. Our boys are 14,10 and 7 and all do them loved it. He acted totally indifferent with only a half-hearted apology and multiple excuses. No offers for refund, free admission next time, etc. I don't think that my patronage had any value at this location and as a result I will not be endorsing visiting bus tours to patronize this location either. We specifically came for the attractions, but after spending over $200 on tickets, we found out the ropes course doesn't even open until 5:00 PM. This was never mentioned before we purchased our tickets. To make matters worse, we were also never told that the 1-hour unlimited arcade cards do not earn tickets for prize redemption. That is a huge detail that absolutely should have been disclosed before we spent our money. We expected to be able to play games and earn tickets like you would at most arcades. When I went to the front desk to ask if there was anything they could do, Kaylee and Yessinia told me there was nothing they could do. While I understand they may have been following company policy, there was no attempt to offer any alternative, involve a manager, or help us find a solution after we had already spent hundreds of dollars. Because of the lack of communication and customer service, we ended up wasting both our time and money. Only half of our group was able to enjoy themselves, while the rest of us were left disappointed. If Fun Mountain is going to have attractions that don't open until later in the day and arcade cards that don't earn tickets, those policies should be clearly communicated before customers spend over $200. After driving two hours for this experience, we left feeling frustrated and misled. I can't recommend Fun Mountain based on our experience.

***Christmas Lights Drive Thru Review*****…read more While driving we spotted an advertisement for a drive thru lights and pulled up. The price was $30 with an additional cost to buy feed for the petting zoo at the end which we were excited to do. The lights were beautiful we enjoyed driving and seeing the different classic Christmas scenes. I also loved that not all of them were LED based as actual lights. The drive thru light show was about 35 minutes and at the end you get to park, take photos and feed the animals. We fed the pigs, goats, and few other exotic animals. We didn't get a chance to go inside the indoor animal inclosure. I truly feel this was worth it and a great family event.

The tower is a separate admission fee from all the other surrounding activities and the park. As someone not from the area, it was nice to be able to read a little history about the area. Apparently the first novel to sell more than a million copies was written about this place and it was turned into a stage play about 100 years ago. That's what started the lshowbusiness in the area - people were coming to see performances of Shepherd of the Hills. Now, Branson is the live entertainment capital of the world (which is crazy as someone who lives in Las Vegas.) It was neat getting that insight into the history of Branson. It's a little cramped at the top with a big checker board game, benches, some old-time arcade machines and some squished penny machines. While trying to go around to get some video clips, I ran into a bench that I didn't even notice because it blended into the wall in the shadow. Embarrassing. Most of the holes were extremely similar and there weren't many thematic elements. It seemed to have been made on a lower budget than all the others in the area. The restaurant/mini golf combo was a cool idea, although the food is very pricey for concession stand food. The workers were all very friendly and it was nice to be on a course that was pretty empty versus the crowded courses we saw on the way. I would not choose this location again because it was not that entertaining or unique and had very little shade.
