Administration is always available for any questions or concerns and they address right away, really! My mom has been here for 3 years in long term care and we as a family feel supported and heard. Isn't that the best thing ever when you have concerns for your loved one? The most current review is 2024 and it was a 5 star! There are no low star ratings after 2020. Here it is 2026 and they have and do work hard to continuously improve. They care and want to make it right, just bring it to the administration's attention. They are the best and their staff is great. Don't let the overall past rating sway you. Check it out for yourself.

If you care about your loved one do NOT place them into this facility! Read this carefully!…read more My mother DIED here after only being admitted for a simple and routine course of antibiotics! I allege they screwed up her dose of Prednisone and put her into renal shock and she died! The dose of her Prednisone medication she was given there was too low without "stepping her down" first which can throw a patient directly into - you guessed it - renal shock! And listen to this... After her death I was DENIED a copy of her medication records by the nurses and directly from the administrator. I allege they knew something went wrong and contacted their lawyer - while I was in the administrators office - and I was told "I cannot have any records unless I have 'power of attorney' even though power of attorney is invalid after someone dies. Even if I'm wrong on the specific details of the power of attorney, I already had one on record for my mother from Mercy hospital in Boardman ohio - the facility she was transferred from. If you care about your loved one, do NOT send them to this facility. Please contact me directly if you need any additional information. I care about your loved ones as much as I care about mine and I do not want to see anyone else go through the pain and agony my mother had endured.

Everyone is so kind and compassionate from the bus drivers to the aides to the nuns that run the facility. As a caregiver, breaks are necessary and they offer respite care at their assisted living facility, which is adjacent to the daycare. Everyone in assisted living is also very kind and caring, and I feel very comfortable, knowing that my mother is well taken care of when I need a break from caregiving. There are other facilities in the area that also offer respite care, but it is in the nursing home section of their facility, which is more like a hospital setting and not warm and welcoming, like Antonine Sisters.. Antonine Ssters also offers independent living, and I would highly recommend them if you need adult daycare, assisted-living, or independent living.
