The property is a beautiful stone Victorian house well and detailed kept outside and inside. The rooms and the Breakfast areas are very warm and cozy, spotless clean. The owners, Kenneth and Graham make you feel welcome at anytime and at home. They have always, a courteous, smiley, positive helpful and professional attitude. The breakfast are deliciously made with fresh ingredients that make you feel ready to enjoy the day! I definitely will come back and I recommend it! Way to go Kenneth and Graham!! The breakfast wasn't your usual coffee, juice and toast, but all of that plus 5 different cereals, milk and yogurt, and eggs, bacon, sausage, with beans and all cooked to your liking. If we ever make it back to this part of the UK, we will definitely stay here again.

The disabled access wasnt great, but once inside the owner of the guest house couldnt have done more for us. The rooms were lovely, mine had a four poster bed, lovely decor and an endless supply of biscuits. It had an ensuite bathroom and the communal bathroom for the other rooms was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also really good and they were more than willing to make things that werent on the menu. The whole stay was very pleasant, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the location of the guesthouse was very close to the high street of Elgin and all the local amenities.
