He built a lower wall to enclose the back patio. Eventually it will be screened in. He reset my exterior doors that previously I had to jiggle to close. Other subcontractors who worked for me commented on the quality. He left my job site cleaner than he found it and was always polite and kept me up to date on progress. I'm hoping to hire him again soon to set interior doors and do trim work.

He provided us great advice on color options and supported our two color strategy. He understands the business and specifically cabinets. He used cabinet factory quality paint and sprays everything (no rolling and no streaks). He gave us start and end times for every day and showed up and left on time. Super clean and organized. As for our cabinets, the finish on our cabinets is amazing and exactly / better than what we wanted. Our kitchen looks like a new build. So excited. The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!
