Had to have a roofer come out twice and fix a leak, at their expense. A year later the leak came back and had a contractor repair it. Other than that the woodstove has been a great. It's a small Pacific Energy stove, very efficient for our small space. No issues with it. I would recommend them, but make sure the chimney is sealed properly.

We played a lot of phone tag and I wasn't clear for the call it was simply to call Fireplace Pros. When we did finally connect the question was how our appointment was and did we have any questions?
