By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!

Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist.
