Inside is clean and quaint, with tasty breads, meats and cheeses from local farms. And while those are darn good- let's talk about the ice cream. This is the creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I have ever had in my life. No like seriously. This ice cream is small batch and it's AMAZING. I had the chocolate peanut butter egg (their Easter flavor), my husband had coffee, and my son had chocolate. Each was phenomenal in its own way. I don't know when I will be back in this area of Pennsylvania but if I'm anywhere remotely near, I will drive out of my way to have some more. Seriously folks, this ice cream is special.

Whether you're craving hard ice cream, soft-serve, sundaes, Italian ice, or Arctic Swirls, they have something for everyone. Even though there was only one employee working when we visited, he was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. The portions were huge, which definitely made our day. The biggest surprise, however, was the banana pudding. It was absolutely delicious and made fresh to order with real bananas and Nilla Wafers. The only downside is the limited seating since it operates mainly as a walk-up window. There are a few tables out front and one on the side, but on a hot, sunny day, finding a shady spot can be a challenge. Overall, Annie's is a charming local ice cream stop with generous portions, friendly service, and some surprisingly tasty treats beyond just ice cream.

I think most of the people that I was with all got around two scoops and that was probably the equivalent of about a pint of ice cream, which was massive. The price was definitely competitive with most other places. A lot of chains, if you get two scoops, it'll cost way more money but we were very happy with this. Also the selection was very, very high so there was a ton of different flavors, a ton of different toppings. I ended up getting chocolate peanut butter as well as a coffee and delightful. What I was able to taste was the cappuccino ice cream, it was creamy, not too sweet, rich, velvety smooth and captures the flavor of coffee and espresso, really delicious and good. They give large portion for the price, value is well below compared to NY prices. Staff was welcoming and very friendly, service was quick and efficient. I have enjoyed our experience in this ice cream shop, it was a refreshing treat and a delightful indulgence.

Totally loving the vibe of this place. Also, anyone ever notice that this area (Jim Thorpe) seems to have a bunch of churches around here like they were Starbucks but this coffee shop has like three or more witch theme businesses?
