Sadly, the earrings my husband picked weren't really my style, so I went to Morgan jewelers to exchange them. I walked out with a diamond band, and a pair of diamond solitaire studs. But when I got home I found that I wasn't in love with either selection. And if that much money was going to be spent, I wanted to be head-over-heels for the jewelry! So, I went back again. The same wonderful salesman waited on me, & didn't bat an eye when I told him I wanted to do another exchange! He helped me find a pair of diamond hoop earrings that I (am pretty sure) I adore. The associate I spoke with talked with me at length about the item before offering me a bit less than I was looking for. He was willing to listen to me as I complained about his offer and told him about how the item was the top model for what it was. He was patient with me while I rambled about what made the item special and why he should offer me more for it. He went off, did some research on the item then came back and told me that he appreciated me being honest with him, that it was indeed the top model for that item and that it did indeed have all the bells and whistles I had mentioned. Apparently people like to bring in stuff and make grandiose claims that don't hold true. He made me an offer I was happy with and we were able to make a deal. Friendly, patient, helpful staff. I'd do business here again!
