It's very frustrating to think that I need to have a different lawyer for each facet of a case where it is actually the totality of the pieces that make the case at all. I complained a second time to Jana via email and she replied back with disgust that she never received complaints or has never had unhappy clients. She was clearly annoyed by my lack of understanding and my asking for understanding, as well as my dissatisfaction with the lack of service I received for what I payed. Let's be clear. If you want to spend $1,900 for someone to only do a patent search and not explain anything to you once the search is done, then definitely hire this firm.
