They finally called me almost two weeks later to tell me it was ready. On my way home with my car it stated breaking down they fixed the fuel pump which went bad, but they damaged the drive shaft & transmission mount. Granted they fixed the problem, but they also caused two other problems with their repairs. They didn't have the parts or knowledge to work on my kind of car. I called them on my way home & they said to bring it back. At that time I was two hours away. They said to let them know what my mechanic said was wrong with it. I called them to let them know the issue & they never returned my call or offered me any money back. Lesson learned not to just trust anyone with your car especially if it breaks down out of town.

Well since our truck still had a universal joint in tact they took ours off the truck. Left our damaged reefer at a circleK and still had to call another tow company for help. Best part was....Noone called to notify ANY of this transpired! We had no clue anything happened until our driver was discharged from the hospital. The line items from the tow invoice were outrageous to say the least, especially for the BS charge for storage when we were told we couldn't get the truck off the yard until Monday morning business hours. Saturday afternoon, a 29K tow bill was agreed to verbally on the phone between the owner and our driver (who was standing next to the Broome tow driver) bc he refused talking directly to the owner of the truck for whatever ridunkulous reason. Wait theres more! Wouldn't you know, come Monday morning....40K NOT 29K later...we were able to bring the truck and trailer (pulled separately might I add) home. So here's the warning folks: after reviewing each line item we were invoiced for, ive decided there is a special place in hell for people like them. Just make sure if it's necessary to be serviced by Broome Service Center, ask ahead of time for a lube job so your rear end isn't hurting like ours You've been warned!!

If I could give ZERO Stars if at all possible. Sadly this place was recommended to my Fiancé…read more They gave my Fiancé a $1000 Bill for a fake wheel bearing replacement(that they magically Mis-Diagnosed after 3hr of labor to check front rotors and pads?!) and oil change (she supplied oil/filter). Note: I'm in Oklahoma for work, so I can't do anything but talk on the phone, I can't see the parts or what they even did to my truck. I called a few days ago to make an appointment, not for her, but for ME and MY TRUCK, in MY NAME & NUMBER. They had the audacity to make her sit for 3hours (and charge her-(me) labor). They wouldn't even take the truck on a test drive to see the symptoms of the braking. They blamed it on a bad front wheel bearing. They then proceeded to tell her "it's too dangerous to drive!!" So she finally called me (not them when they should of called me) and talked to me about. The technician then got on the phone and told me they recommend Timken Bearings is the way to go. I completely agreed as they're only $216/ea . No, without calling me they made the rash decision to "order" oem because they'd be there next day instead of going down to O'reillys to pick up a MOOG Brand Bearing/Hub which was there that day instead of the next day. (I called them and confirmed it - O'Reillys). They installed it and charged another 2 Hours labor worth of money. Without getting my consent. They then got her to pay for it instead of getting my CC information off of me to pay, in fact they never told me how much it was going to cost. Instead they rushed her into paying because it's the only vehicle she has down there. And the "LEAD" Tech had the audacity again to tell her THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX THE BRAKING PROBLEM!!!!!!!! -- The same truck he just said wasn't safe to drive !?!??! And let her leave in it!!!!! Also, she never got the old wheel bearing from him so how do I know he even change my OEM wheel bearing with another oem wheel bearing?! I am sickened by a company that would take advantage of this kind of situation as I planned on driving that truck to Oklahoma this weekend. I have learned my lesson from this company to just wait out the maintenance until I can do it myself. 30minute for an oil change 30minutes to inspect front brakes 1hr tops to change a wheel hub I still can't figure out that equates to 5hours of labor..... On top of that, nothing is fixed and now I'm curious if the oil/filter was even changed or if he pocketed that money too. Also, I called them 10+ times before the end of their work day 5PM , and for some odd reason they didn't get a chance to pick a single phone call up. I have dealt with Sandy's Tires on multiple occasions in Aiken and never had a single problem like this before. Too bad they're only tires.

So I brought it to Aiken's Finest and they said the A/C seemed to be blowing cold and so they didn't touch it, didn't charge me, and remarkably, it has been working fine ever since. I brought the Silverado in for an oil change last week. Left it the night before my appointment and dropped the keys in the night lock box. My truck was ready promptly the next morning. No big deal. BUT, here's the thing. The plastic bumper on the front driver's side had been hanging loose from hitting a curb for like two years. THEY FIXED IT! Didn't charge me, and didn't even mention it. My wife noticed it the day after the appointment. In a world where trust is tough to come by, especially in the world of auto repair, these guys are trustworthy. I'm a customer for life.

Chris and his team went above and beyond: they fixed my car, ensuring I was mobile, and even test-drove it to guarantee my safety for the drive home for the Holiday. They maintained communication throughout the entire process and delivered the most genuine customer service I have experienced.
