When I asked if there could be any complimentary discount for the long wait, I was told that my phone call was my "complimentary discount." To make matters worse, she initially gave me the wrong vehicle. Once I informed her that it was not my car and she realized my vehicle was actually outside, she refused to bring it back into the service department. She also mentioned that there were "notes" about me in their system. The only issue that should have ever been noted was from a previous visit when staff accidentally failed to charge me for my full service. As soon as I became aware of the balance while I was at work, I immediately returned and paid it. I live only five minutes from this dealership, which is why I decided to start coming here instead of continuing to drive to Evans. Unfortunately, after the way I was treated today, I will not be returning.

I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half.
