My dish satelite does not connect to TV's. My macerator toilet does not function. My dash was not put back together it fell out on the floor on my trip out. The new porch awning has 2 large holes where it is attached to the coach over the doorway. I dropped the coach off on the first of November 2023, and it was returned to me in July 2024 with the original problems with enhancements. The awning was the one item that could not be addressed, but as I had extended the warranty, the thought was to have them fix HDMI remote control. The macerator toilet. The microphone for the dashboard bluetooth connection. Replace all the slides and porch. Friendly staff always, but nothing appeared to get done.

I took it in for a recall that I had already done the footwork on with Lippert and even presented them with this information. After two months they told me it was not covered. After I spoke with the GM, he then said they had messed up. Upon picking up my RV I noticed they had torn down my curtains with the rod included. Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.

Because her personality is infectious yet more importantly, she is just an all-around great human being. I think the next individual working at John's RV would be Harry who made sure that my truck would be not only safe, but could pull the RV to my final destination. Harry is priceless. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention Zack who went above and beyond to make sure we got the RV we wanted and to me that is also noteworthy. The last few times I saw Zack he didn't seem very happy, I truly hope they are treating Zack well because I know he is an amazing individual. ***The only negative*** I didn't see any African-Americans working at John's RV which kind of bothered me because I think diversity and inclusion makes any company better. It allows You bring in ideas from everyone the best and brightest minds. In every instance, I have observed companies that are able to thrive when they have a great diversity program in place. To me it's never been about what you say or even how good your products are, but rather it's how you make me feel as a customer. What started as a disaster was quickly taken care of! Best personalities, efficient and…read moreknowledgeable staff! I called and they were on the scene within an hour! My awning hit a tree when we were positioning our travel trailer to set up. We couldn't even get in the camper because the awning frame was jammed over the door. They removed the awning in no time and ordered replacement. We were able to use the camper. Since we are staying over a week, they are hopeful to be back and finish the work on site before we leave.
