They've cut down trees, moved landscape plants, put protective layer and rocks around entire periphery of my house, mowed, hauled yard debris and just about anything else I've asked. Tech sprayed our front lawn few days ago with weed killer and spray drifted near the strawberry patch. I pulled out 50 plants. Our other reason to stop weed spray--we have a chronically ill dog and do not want her exposed. Apparently the tech told the office when I called to complain the he only sprayed at the curb before reading the work instructions. So why are there dying patched of weeds all over front year? The office said the price is the same for just dry application as it is for both dry and weed control. Also, we have communicated that we have an oddly-shaped yard. Called, showed the techs, even sent a drawing of the yard to Blanchard last year. They continued to treat yard as a square one, not a triangle and missed portions we needed fertilized.
