I needed these tests done because I'm selling my home and needed then for the closing. He gave suggestions to improve the water productivity and also offered to have the buyer call him with any questions they may have. The Buyers did end up calling Chuck at Ferris Pumps and he answered all the Buyer's questions and resolved any future issues that may arise.
