Not stoked. I was charged 110$ just for LABOR to have two tires changed on the bike. Maybe it was because I was passing through town, but I hope they don't do the same thing to locals. Having said that, the mechanics are good guys and were nice to chat with. read more

I was form out of town when I discovered a leaky regulator on my travel trailer. After asking around I was directed to Woodside Motorsports. I found they were very busy but the service manager was willing to help. He change into some work cloths and dove right in. How often dose that happen. My wife and I we astonished he did this for us. He treated us very fairly for his services and a short time later we were on our way. I would strongly recommend Woodside Motorsports. Thanks for your help. read more

Please read all of this before you walk in to this store. The first and biggest red flag was when they tried to convince me back in 2018 to commit insurance fraud on a cracked bulkhead. I was very upset about it and they where still trying to get me to do. Since then I have put 700 miles on the cracked bulkhead and it has Handel it's self great. They guys at wood side are very unethical and should not be in business. I was recently in a bind and I had to over pay for a new snowmobile. The snowmobile overheated on the first ride and they were very hard to get in contact with just after I bought a 17,000 dollar snowmobile. I am very upset with their customer service and will now only go in there to buy oil. They told me that they put more coolant in the snowmobile and when I looked they clearly didn't. I just turned 18 years old and have spent almost 30,000 dollars of my own money (not my fathers) at the store. I will now gladly be driveing down to Twin Falls for parts and service rather than ever walking in this store again. I would hate to take away the lively hood of the employees and owners but their service and the way they talk to you and care for you it's just unacceptable. The owner should be deeply disappointed with himself And should not be running a business. My father has spent a much larger amount of money in this store than me with buying multiple side by sides and snowmobiles and every machine has blow up and has been taken back to be fixed. After being fixed they have all blown up again after only having them in our possessions for a couple of weeks. My father hasn't been back in the store for two years and has had great luck with machines using the local small time private mechanics. In the area just for the summer and needed some repairs to my RV. Within an hour my awning and tail light were fixed for a reasonable charge. Very friendly, competent folks. You never know what you're going to get when you're out of town, so I feel fortunate. read more

After countless hours with manager Greg over several visits we finally bought some snowmobiles. Greg and the whole crew were fantastic. Greg really goes out of his way to educate you on your options and your specific machines. We have only recently moved to central Idaho and we're so happy to have such a great shop in our area. read more

It's not just the high labor but it's the poor service. The younger guy in the service department is arrogant and he acts like he doesn't care if they have business or not. I live in Hailey so I like to spend my money locally but I can't see spending with Woodside Motorsport again. Fortunately for them they are the only choice in town but I still won't spend anymore of my money with them. read more
